I hope Pelosi has been working out. I can see her now jumping up and down applauding and giving standing ovations every minute or two. Keep on smilin'!

  2. I watched Obama's speech at the ACLU Labor Day picnic today (don't ask why...guess I'm a masochist). He was in total campaign mode and he did say "the time for debate is over...the time for action is now". And the zombies cheered.

  3. The 2 blurbs on the left certainly do sound arbitrary and censorial. The one on the right stinks of corrupted political morals.

    Pretty grim.

And yet this is what I love about my American neighbors, y'all have got a lot of fight in you.

If I was smarter I'd spend more time keeping up with the people who are running my Country, and less time blogging away about the mundane aspects of my day to day existence.

You guys are awesome : )

Powder, I too am impressed that my fellow conservatives are finally making a stand. Too bad it takes a socialist President and Democratic control of the House and Senate to get us to wake up.

The obstacle that remains is that the vast majority of media that was against GWB, is blindly following BO.

  8. Has Pelosi cleaned the food from her teeth yet? Can't wait to see the three stooges on Wednesday...

  9. There's nothing wrong with blogging about the mundane. In this political climate, doing so can be quite therapeutic.

Pelosi's face seems tense with excitement lately, Ope. Something big (and awful) is on the way.

Lady, he's in full speed ahead campaign mode and I expect him to be doing everything but kissing babies on Wednesday night. Do you think he'll mention hope or change?

Corndog, I long for the days when mundane was the norm. Now it's crisis after crisis.
