Can you hear U.S. now?

This all leaves me wondering whether or not the Democratic Party is tone deaf.

-Yes, I know that SEIU stood to control 20% of the government's workforce if healthcare passed along with the card check legislation that would essentially unionize all healthcare professionals.

-Yes, I know that drug companies stood to make windfall profits under the ObamaCare system, which is why they poured millions of dollars into the Massachusetts Senatorial race (won by Scott Brown).

-Yes, I understand that passage of the healthcare bill would have given the federal government control over the physical health - and made all healthcare in America just like the Veteran's Administration's sterling (butcher shop style) coverage of our heroes...

BUT AMERICA SAYS, "NO" to this trillion dollar boondoggle - because we know you'd mess it up worse than you've messed up the V. A; worse than you messed up bankrupt MediCare; worse than you've messed up Social Security; worse than you've messed up on Global Warming, one of the most absurd hoaxes ever perpetrated on the American public; worse than you messed up handling the economy in the wake of recession; and that the system would breed the same sort of corruption we've seen at ACORN, SEIU and the rest of the pet ObamaProjects, run by freaks, communists, racists and the most extreme in our society.

LL, I'm hoping that this puts the smell of political death under the noses of those pols who might support that healthcare monstrosity.

But, I'm guessing it will be full speed ahead for Obama, Pelosi and Reid. They heard the Tea Parties. They heard the Town Hall meetings. They heard New Jersey. They heard Virginia. They heard Massachusetts and they'll continue to make Obamacare legislation happen. There's too much in it for them.

  8. Toast - I just saw a hand painted sign at the Brown campaign celebration that said something very similar, "WA - Was That Loud Enough?"

    I'd guess it was.

The weather forecast for the Democratic Party is Stormy and Unsettled for the immediate future.

  10. What a political earthquake in Massachusetts! And Brown sounds like the real deal. Let's hope he can hold onto his soul and his integrity once he steps into the dirty halls of the Senate.

  11. Now the battle with the Mass AG and the swearingly bad Senate begins, let's get him sworn in.

We have taken a beach but the high ground is still waiting.

But then again a bottle of Cab sounds good at the moment.

    Tomorrow will be there tomorrow.

    Yee Haw!

This is huge. Even if the extreme leftists don't want to pay heed, the moderates will.

  15. Brother, I hear ya.

You know though, it is actually better for us that "they" don't hear you. They really might end up killing the Democratic Party. Or, at least, putting them in the same boat CNN is in (and the rest of the left stream media). Now where is my little fiddle...

  17. That's one of the best political cartoons I've seen, gets to the point so quick without any doubt as to its meaning. Thanks.
