  1. What are the odds? Complete strangers, at least 7,000 miles apart, simultaneously commenting on each others' blogs. This internet thing is amazing. Thanks Al Gore!

  2. Thanks Nickie, if we do it correctly during this revolution there won't be any need for bloodshed... We have momentum on our side and we must not become complacent... I pray we can regain our country through peaceful means...

  3. Great vid, so inspiring!

I agree with Born Again America and hope that this revolution is non-violent, but it's beginning to look like that is not in our hands. It's up to the progs, no? If they accept the will of the people as we express it in the polls, then all will be well. However, this is looking increasingly unlikely. Who think that Franken actually won his seat? And there is already talk of keeping Brown out of the Senate if we wins the Mass race on the 19th. The SEIU and various dem thugs are crawling and slithering over my state (Mass), and I worry that our election, like so many others, will be tainted. What happens if that happens? Or if Brown wins and is not permitted to represent the people who elected him but instead some random loon, appointed by sketchy means to say the least, is permitted to hang onto a seat that is not his? I shudder to think and only hope that BO and his crazies don't push the envelope on this one. They will lose either way.

I've said this a few times, and I believe it bears mentioning again...

This country does not need a revolution. Not merely because a revolution, for any end, inherently degrades our nation's morality but because revolution concedes that our nation needs to be fundamentally altered.

I do not believe that our nation needs to be changed. A few aspects are undoubtedly depressing but holistically this country is still our country. We should not urge for a revolution but instead a proper expression of the ideals we all feel.

Conservatism is in the sense of more responsibility, more freedom and more security does not require a revolution to convince the country of its inherent value. Its basic decency will shine through the clouds of our wayward politicians; with or without a revolution of any sort. It is, quite simply, inevitable.

  7. This is a fabulous video!!

The Tea Party movement is taking back this country from these Marxists who are trying to steal our freedom and libetry. We will stop this tyranny from being thrust upon us. This is time for a new revolution. I will repost the vid and H/T you.

    Young American:

Revolutions are simply the replacement of one order by another, and the morality expressed in a revolution depends upon the reasons.

It's also insupportable to claim that a revolution is degrading "for any end". And your remark that a "revolution concedes that our nation needs to be fundamentally altered" is, at best, a tautology. At worst, it's the standard argument for the status quo, no matter how malevolent.

The rest of your argument assumes that majoritarianism, with attention to minority interests, hasn't been subverted by a self-interested political class.

When that has happened, more extreme measures are required.

  12. We will rise up against tyranny and oppression. Against the forced acceptance of unwanted legislation and against the fundamental transformation of a form of government we only desire adherence to.

The revolution as already begun, and how it progresses is based on the reaction it receives from those inspiring it. However, it does appear that our leaders are as deaf to our concerns as parliament was to those of the colonists and we all know how that ended.

Born Again, don't know if you're teasing or not.

Another point to be argued with YA is that Conservatism is not "inevitable", any more than Marxism is inevitable, or any other human system.

What we see throughout history is something that approaches inevitability - the state always grows, individual liberty is the historical exception, and there is a class struggle - of sorts - that always pits those in authority against those without authority. Those are the facts.

I have no idea what YA means by "holistically", either, because every free society is composed of competing interests, "factions" as Madison called them, and they're a counter balance to the uniformity and mass opinion that rots societies from the inside out.

We don't need no stinking holistic country.

That is a beautiful and awesome video!

It is heartening to see that a non-liberal can make something like that. Whoever is behind it needs to be put in charge of the the GOP. I'll join in on the insurrection.

  16. Ramblings: I disagree. When my property is no longer mine, that is a problem. When promises aren't kept and they lead to our fiscal, national and then global doom that is a problem. When we not only refuse to stop spending but stop spending at a geometric rate, that's a problem. When I begin to worry about my own personal free speech, that's a problem. When my country won't keep me safe, that's a problem. When my government wants to run most every aspect in my life down to what I ingest, what I wear, where my thermostat is set in my house, what color my car is, if I can even have a car, where I can go, how I can sit in an aircraft, and even if I can make a doctors appointment to keep my skin free of cancer, that's a problem.

I'm afraid revolution is in fact in our future. I have no idea in what form it may manifest. I massively hope that it does NOT take on a violent aspect. But clearly, my government, YOUR government, is not listening and REFUSES to listen.

    NGG: consider this video stolen.

Fuzzy... the Secretary of the Commonwealth is a Dem. If the Brown election is one by a tight majority, "lost" votes will be found, the courts will make insane judgements, and the Republicans will be denied a victory.

Democrat corruption is the only thing they do well.

  30. I know I've mentioned before but I've written a novel I'm trying to publish and the synopsis falls in line with this discussion. "In the not so distant future when the government officials have moved almost completely from serving the people to serving themselves, a revolution is brewing. But what if this were not a revolution of guns in the streets, but one respecting human life. And what if the first indication of this revolution would be a single act of such magnitude that it would change the face of our country and her government forever. And what if you, an average person, discovered this plot and faced the moral and ethical delimma of whether to stop it, or to allow Congress to reap what they have sown. What decision would you make?"

  42. What Anon refuses to understand, besides reality, is that the same people it despises, the party of no, is just the other side of the statist coin, on I railed against since Bush one. I am not interested in Republicans or Demo-rats. I am interested in freedom from the slave state both of our "parties" have been ramming down our throats in the name of "national security" or "diversity". They are both are code speech for "chattle", Something free men and women are not.

So Anon, let me help you. Once again, this is not about R vs. D as your handlers want you to believe. It is being a free man vs. being a slave of the state. If you choose to place the collar around your neck for the sake of "security", then be my guest. Try to place the same collar on me and you will find out what NO really sounds like...

And, Barney Frank, Chris (bye-bye) Dodd, and Franklin Raines, are the people that CAUSED the financial crisis. pet insurance
Another option is to think of animals in terms other than as 'pet.' Possessing animals is not the only way to show affection and concern for them. It's like putting an innocent person in prison to be executed.) Demand should not be placed on breeders until there are no shelter pets left.
