Liberal Congress Budget Collar!



After months of  testing and years of research, conservatives have developed a Liberal Congress Budget  Collar to restrain and train liberals from spending pissing away money so that they may bribe greedy constituents and special interests. As liberals approach deficit spending, the shock gets stronger and stronger.

For those Representatives and Senators who are found to be highly resistant to this program, the electric shock generator is replaced by a small amount of explosives.

    Bill used to have one of those. He called it the Hilary Man Collar.

    Odie - that collar didn't seem to work very well at all. She should have used a DNA Transfer Alert System.

    Kid - we could pay off the National Debt simply by raffling off chances to hit the shock buttons on those clowns.
