Dude, I would have hated to see Obama get a popularity bounce because he and Oprah had won a great victory for America on the basis of their goodness and fairness.

  3. The snob got snubbed. Not his fault though. It's that "vast right-wing conspiracy" at work again.

  4. What a story, a defeat for the Olympics in the USA is a win for anyone who cares about freedom.

    It's Booosh's fault! Boooosh!

All those derelict properties and crack houses owned by his friends will remain unchanged.

Chick, we sure are quite a conspiracy. Now, if I can only conspire to get my neighbor to turn down her radio a little bit.

Reb, Liberty won a Gold Medal today.

Opie, I haven't listened to the radio today. Has the Bush-bashing already begun?

Yeah, Rhod, but Soros' Brazilian slums (that's quite a few... even more than a Gazillion) will look great.

  11. I loved watching the crowds expressions of shock and awe. They just couldn't believe The One didn't come through for them. I said, Ha! Ha! Obama He got his ego crushed like a pancake. Rio de Janeiro deserves it so much more than Chicago.

Terri, I must admit that the looks on those faces are exactly the same expressions I want to see on the faces of Democrat politicians on Election Night 2010.

LOL, me too. More shock and less awe.

  14. Nickie,
I must ask a favor. Please take a minute when you have a chance and take a look at my special guest who commented on my communism post-an acquaintance of Obama. Much appreciated.

OK, Teresa... I'll be right over.

    @ teresamerica

Carl has his game down pretty strong. He's built himself deniability on ever front.

He's covering his political ass, Terri, by attacking you. Be cordial, give him a chance to spin what he can, and then keep on doing what you do. You're a whole lot closer to the real truth than he is!! Way to go, girl!

  17. Nickie,
Thanks so much for stopping back at that post. Thanks for the advice. I'm still kind of stunned that Carl stopped by. That's OK. I now am going to be keeping a watch on two of his blogs.

    Nickies, The Man!!!

  18. The expressions I want to see are those of the 1968 DNC protestors getting their testicles stomped by the CPD.

Sig... It never happened. History has been rewritten.

  20. I'd be excited if the US had gotten the Olympics again, but BO's cheekiness about putting in a bid for Chicago really turned me off. I started rooting for someone else at that point.

I just think it's hilarious that these CNN guys were counting their eggs before they were hatched and when Chicago gets eliminated first, they aren't sure what to do with themselves... "LOST?!?! How could we lose to BRAZIL? And TOKYO?" as though 'our lord & savior' Obama gets whatever he wants.

I hope the IOC eliminated Chicago in spite of Obama's actions.

Hazaa... The invincibility of Big Brother certainly seems to have been tested.

  22. Personally I think the trend was toward a different bidder before Obama got there. But you that didn't matter to him. He is the chosen one, don't ya know?

Maybe know he knows he isn't!! Nah! He doesn't learn that fast.

  23. Apparently Obama can screw anything up. Why did anybody vote for that guy?

Jamie, he clearly believes his own clippings.

Who knew the IOC is racist.

That's easy, Dad. Anybody who was looking desperately for racism.
