Final Flight

from http://www.oregonlive.com/movies/index.ssf/2010/01/air_america_bankrupt_creasing.html

Air America has posted a statement on the company's Web site that it is ceasing live programming operations as of Thursday afternoon. At the radio company's Web site, there is this notice: "It is with the greatest regret, on behalf of our Board, that we must announce that Air America Media is ceasing its live programming operations as of this afternoon, and that the Company will file soon under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code to carry out an orderly winding-down of business."

In the statement, the "very difficult economic environment" is said to have impacted Air America's business, along with the past year's "perfect storm" of falling revenues affecting media.

...Let's not forget suck a$$ politics in heapin' helpin's, low down small minded twits who prove right in front of our faces that leftist policy is the death of commerce. Bankrupt morally way before the cash ran out, lets us give thanks the small minds have got their due...

  1. Filing for Chapter 7, that's the Asshat Protection Clause of the Interstate Commerce Act.

  2. Good riddance, not that their "suck a$$ politics in heapin' helpin's, low down small minded twits" really had an influence anyway.

But, Toaster, how do you REALLY feel?

If Franken had not cheated his way in, 2009 would have been a different kind of year.

Franken should have remained in the comedy profession. At least there had credibility. Not only are the socialists broke, they're slow as hell. They knew they were going broke at about this time two years ago. Maybe Sorros really did keep them afloat! Yeah, these are the guys I wanna give access to my taxes. (sarcasm switch off)

Opie, and consider ... If Franken hadn't slithered into the Senate, then we might not have a Republican Senator from Mass. I like Brown better than Coleman, any way. So, it all works out.

Now, there is talk they may drag out HCR talks via reconciliation through 2010. "Banzai!!!!!"

    Good day, sun shines!
There have been times of hardship when I felt unhappy missing knowledge about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright stupid person.
I have never thought that there weren't any need in big starting capital.
Now, I feel good, I started take up real money.
It gets down to select a correct partner who utilizes your money in a right way - that is incorporate it in real business, parts and divides the income with me.

You can get interested, if there are such firms? I have to tell the truth, YES, there are. Please be informed of one of them:

Nickie, that was no spammer, that was Franken.

Air America, along w/liberal chatter in general, is ear pollution.

It oughta be taxed as a noxious emision.

  12. Air America has been hoisted by its own petard. A victim of the administration's liberal agenda and anti-business policies, which it supports. Boo hoo.

  13. The people that listen to radio are "stupid Listeners" that just don't know what's good for them. They listen to conservative talk and so that's where the advertisers go ... OOPS!
