The Presidential seal should be modified to include the word, "BOHICA". In case the term is unknown (doubtful but maybe) it stands for, Bend Over Here It Comes Again.

Hi Opie. I got an an executive order from Rush to say "f-ing" instead of the full word, so I voted for the post. This post is pro-good language. Plus, Rush gave me three airports in Texas for posting this.
