Who Do You Trust?

Today's topic is simple - first, "What's Your Choice of News Outlet?"
Leave 'em in the comments section and I'll put them all together in a subsequent post.

Although they are not necessarily news outlets per se, my favs are Drudge, Lucianne, WashTimes, Canada Free Press and  RedState. For snark I go to the NY Post.

Second - if the SHTF - "Where Would You Turn To For News In A National Emergency?"
I guess *sniff* the FNC on the tele.

  1. For television news, the Fox New Channel.

    For newspaper, The Washington Times.

For constitutional matters, NRA, The Alliance Fund, Pacific Justice Institute, American Center for Law and Justice.

Other online sources are GBTV, Townhall.com,

  2. First Choice for news? Internet, mostly independent bloggers.

2nd choice, news from other countries, probably BBC is my first pick and Sydney Morning Herald # 2, but man, they've damaged their site over the years. It looks like some rabid pop culture rag anymore.

As far as established media, then Some I trust some of the time, most I trust None of the time.

In an extreme emergency?, I expect the internet to be shut down, the TV to be worthless, so I'd go local radio.

  3. Rush Limbaugh and fellow bloggers. I might use FOX to fill in the blanks.

  7. I just open the front door, stick my head out and take a look around.

Unlike the vast majority of news outlets these days, my own eyeballs don't lie, or at least not very often.
