The only tribute to Ted Kennedy is that nobody marched to Arlington and pissed on his grave. They have it on CCTV with security around. I know a guy who was going to give it a try and had a full bladder - but felt that discretion was the better part of valor.
At least in Ted's case there was no need to use expensive embalming fluid since his blood was 80 proof.
