I've got to admit something. Though I am not a politician, if I had the opportunity, I would probably try dog for dinner, and horse meat. If I would publicly espouse neither, knowing they are against typical American notions. I know, I know. But, gastronomically, I am a curious... pup. :)
The problem with O isn't this dog eating thing, it is that too many of the things he believes and does are too foreign to the American people. He... just isn't American. I think this is just the slightest of straws that might end up breaking his back. One can hope for... change? Ha.
Doom - got to admit I lack any curiousity to sample those types of flesh. The problem is Obama's foreign qualities are only coming out now. And we all know the media covered it all up.

I hate to kibble, but dog does not taste like chicken. It's more of a combination or veal and baby harp seal.
Had some when I was in Korea. Not bad tasting at all.
That was, with out a doubt, the funniest video I've seen in a long time.

(wouldn't espouse, not... "would")
Fragdan - I like my harp seal garnished with dolphin.
Bobby - it's all in the seasoning. Add some horseradish and it all tastes the same.
Except for liver.
Odie - I got quite a chuckle out of it also. So glad you enjoyed it.
