A Seat Next To His Father ... In Hell

Gov. Cuomo points out where he gets his abortion scissors sharpened.

NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo is preparing to relax standards for late term abortions. This would allow a woman to get an abortion if her health is at risk "rather than just, as current law states, when her life is in danger — a significantly lower threshold." Of course this means that if a woman's mental health is at risk, she will be able to murder her child so she can feel better.

I remember Gov. Mario Cuomo and his moral shake n' bake as he tried to justify to Catholics his personal repugnance for abortion but stated that he would not allow his religious faith to dictate public policy. Then he'd flip flop and allow his so-called "fait"h to interfere with the public's demand for capital punishment.

Andrew has had expert instruction from his father in espousing convoluted moral positions. This talent will earn them both a place of honor at Satan's table. Bon appetit boys.

I suppose we can't say for certain, but I suspect you're right.

So, a gunman who kills half a dozen little kids is a villain and a doctor who preforms hundreds of abortions, killing little kids is a hero?

It can only make sense in the mind of a "progressive" person.

All I can say for sure, as a Catholic, I would not want to be in hell and no political office would be worth the trade. Some men beg to differ.

I'm not sure why they insist on remaining in a Church that damns them though? Or why the Church hasn't excommunicated these politicians. The latter bothers me the former should offer hope, but not without action on the part of the Church.

Liberal utopias are in vogue this year.

Gorges - Of course he may repent on his deathbed. Christ is merciful. But ya gotta ask and I think he is just as arrogant as his father. There's no asking there.

LL - "progressivism" should be labelled as an auto-perceptual disease. They are simply unable to see the irony and the hypocrisy.

Doom - the Catholics are not nearly as quick to pull the excommunication trigger as they used to be. I suspect their determination to protect their doctrine has been grievously weakened by their desire to keep the tithes coming in.

Odie - liberal utopias have been pursued for centuries, and with the same results. Mankind is no farther ahead.

Mario and Andrew are but a few of the leaders who have put the "fart" in "farther."
