Zimmerman Found Innocent ... But Holder Lurks Nearby

The jury returned a verdict of "Not Guilty" in the case of People v Zimmerman. It was no surprise. This case was a mess from the get go and was going to be righteously dropped before the liberal politicians got involved. But in the end, the prosecutors could not make a silk purse out of Martin's dead ass.

But wait, it ain't over until the welfare-entitled, bastard-spawning fat lady sings.

The NAA-CCP is considering a lawsuit against Zimmerman.

Remember what happened to the LAPD cops who were first acquitted in the Rodney King trial? That was a California state prosecution. The feds were waiting. I imagine Holder has had a game plan ready for weesks.

He needs to sue the media, the "justice system", even the DoJ and White House, for their involvements in the travesty of him even being in court. The brownout of our government continues, but it lost one minor battle in the ongoing war on justice, civility, propriety, and the rest. It needs to be put out of business.

I am hoping the prosecutor and special prosecutor are disbarred, as was done in the lacross team "rape" case. Fired and flayed, it does eventually become clear. It just hasn't become clear enough for these leftist prosecutors. Clear as a bell. Perhaps tar and feathers is what it is going to really take?

Once a person is found innocent, logic says that person should not be liable for civil suits. If they ARE, then apparently they should have been found guilty in the first place. Once that point is past, though, there should be NO form of double-jeopardy, and that's what a civil suit allows.

Doom - right now I imagine his lawyers are planning their next move. It most likely cost over $250,000 to defend GZ and no way he has that kind of money. This will most likely drag on for years.

As long as the taxpayer foots the bill, the leftists will not stop. These lawsuits against the government come out of our pockets. This must stop, make the stinking politicians pay.

Gorges - the feds are a separate jurisdiction and the charges are different. That's how they beat the double jeopardy rap.

Oh, I don't mean to sue for money. A lawsuit to force the DoJ to keeps it's nose out, Holder should have been fired for saying a single word for example, and a personal expense for Zero, things like that.

Still, some jurisdictions need to lose millions, tens of millions, hundreds of millions, as they learn no other way. Big cities are turning black as everyone else is leaving. Let those cities go bankrupt. Some states I wouldn't mind seeing bankrupted as well. *cough* California *cough* Even your home state, if that's what it takes.

Bankrupting some jurisdictions and states is the equivalent of defunding their activities. If that is all that will work, hit it with a hammer.
