Always good to see shock and awe right here on the home-front from time to time. That look on his face? Yeah, that was worth the bucks to try him all by itself. But why the review in 180 days? Typical or special?
Some of these athletes think that they can get away with anything. You can see the shock in his face as reality sets in that he finally got caught and didn't get away with it.
Doom - a reality poke right in the kisser. I think the 180 day review is fairly typical.
Teresa - I blame his family and his coaches for his attitude. He kidnaps and beats this girl up, robs her and then after being arrested threatens her.
Read some of the comments in the Plain Dealer article. There are people who just don't get it - this kind of behavior is never excusable, never acceptable and should always be punished to the fullest extent of the aw.
This will just up his cred when he does eventually make it to the NBA...
Silverfiddle - I remember an 80's Georgetown University BB forward who was playing in his late 20's because of military service. I wonder if this kid has the self-discipline to overcome his sentence and start all over again. From his behavior I doubt it.
