Anyway, I deleted Firefox as a browser and using Safari after getting sick and tired of IE crashing on me.

I used firefox for 5 years now. After chrome I wont even miss it.
I tried chrome. Yeah it is google and they are unscrupulous but it worked better for me than Safari (I use Safari with Macs).
I don't know about Safari. But I really did like FireFox, if they were slowing down. There is a browser, similar to FireFox, that shouldn't take too much to familiarize with. Now, I am having some trouble migrating, but most don't. It's called the Pale Moon project.
Further, the plug-ins you are used to with firefox will work with this. If migration was flawless, which it usually is, this is a perfect switch for ex-firefox users. Just... thought I'd mention it.

I installed Pale Moon that Doom suggested and really like it. I have had constant problems with Firefox on Win7 and keep getting Not Responding errors. It works fine on my Linux machines so it is something that they did on the windows version, probably put too much junk running in the background. I have used Firefox since the Phoenix .1 version but if it doesn't work I can't use it. They seem too concerned with gays and not making a great browser.
Anyone know an easy way to move bookmarks from Firefox to Safari?
Safari is easy. Has to be for me to use it.
Thanks guys, Safari moved all my IE bookmarks over but not the Firefox. Fortunately they were pretty similar.

I had an awful time with ads in Firefox. Could not get rid of this nasty ad for some kind of game featuring elves with big bewbs, forget what it's called, Legion or League of something, Angels? So far it has not shown up in Safari and Safari does seem to work faster than Firefox...

I take it you hadn't learned to use the add-ons in Firefox? Which, by the way, also work with Blue Moon. They end almost all advertising, anywhere, everywhere. Still, good luck with Safari. But if it doesn't work, and you are thinking about BM, check into the add-ons. No-Script, Ghostie, and a few others.
