When I was training in Ft. Devens, MA, someone mentioned Vietnam. One of the class members asked an instructor where the hell Vietnam was. The teacher's answer - "Go to China. Turn left."
That is the most iconic song for us. USAF Bien Hoa 1971. Weapons loader A37 Dragonfly. My brother was a crew chief for CH47s US Army, Bearcat June '70 to June '71. Lost my brother 10 years ago to war related injuries. I would go back. Remember, we won the war, the demoncrats lost the peace.
