Suzanne Barr Takes It In The ... Resignation

Wrong Face, But They Share The Same Tonsils.

About three weeks ago we discussed the actions of Suzanna "Back Throat" Barr who was accused of sexually harassing her male subordinates at the Department of Rutland Security. She has just submitted her resignation.

A senior Obama administration political appointee and longtime aide to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano resigned Saturday amid allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior lodged by at least three Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees.

Suzanne Barr, chief of staff to ICE Director John Morton, said in her resignation letter that the allegations against her are "unfounded." But she said she was stepping down anyway to end distractions within the agency. ICE, a division of the Homeland Security Department, confirmed Barr had resigned. The Associated Press obtained a copy of Barr's letter.

Barr is accused of sexually inappropriate behavior toward employees. The complaints are related to a sexual discrimination and retaliation lawsuit filed by a senior ICE agent in May.

In her letter to Morton, Barr said she has been the subject of "unfounded allegations designed to destroy my reputation" and is resigning "with great regret."

The distractions she is facing involve her new movie career with porn legend Long Dong Silver in a series of movies: "Yankee Noodle Dandy", "The Tonsils of Love" and "Barr Wars: The Phantom Penis."

House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Peter King, R-N.Y., said in a statement Saturday that Barr's resignation "raises the most serious questions about management practices and personnel policies at the Department of Homeland Security." He said his committee will continue to review the case and personnel practices at DHS.

In one complaint, Barr is accused of telling a male subordinate he was "sexy" and asking a personal question about his anatomy during an office party. In a separate complaint, she is accused of offering to perform a sex act with a male subordinate during a business trip in Bogota, Colombia. She's also accused of calling a male subordinate from her hotel room and offering to perform a sex act.

As for Obama, a courts-martial and summary execution is the only answer for a faux Commander-in-Chief who has defrauded and endangered the American public. Perhaps even resurrect the old  British custom of "gibbeting".

After an execution, relatives of the condemned usually claimed the body for burial, although some corpses were taken back for dissection to the ‘Surgeons’ Theatre’, situated next to Newgate Prison. A few notorious highwaymen were also taken to roadside gibbets, erected at the scenes of their crimes. Highwaymen and their relatives feared gibbeting because the bodies could not be buried in hallowed ground. As a preliminary, the corpse was coated in a preservative, such as tar, before being suspended from the gibbet for any passer-by to view.

The gibbet was frequently located on a deserted common or a high prominent place where it would be conspicuous. Although executed criminals had been exhibited in this manner for many years, it was only officially legalised in 1752 to deter the robbery of the Royal Mail. At the end of the eighteenth century, the shooting of a Bow Street Runner by a highwayman also brought the penalty of hanging in chains. The body remained suspended for a very long time in its creaking rusty frame until it eventually rotted, presenting a most repulsive sight.

Obama is in deep kimshi. His own pollsters are coming up with unbelievably bad news. The internal pools that the pols use to really see what is going on with the electorate indicate that the Second Coming is more imminent than an Obama second term. Rush Limbaugh leads the charge:

Couple this with the stellar performance by Clint Eastwood last night at the RNC convention and Obama's got to be crapping his golf pants. The word is out in such a simple, easy to understand message - send Urkel and his training wheels back to Chicago. Time to place a competent adult in the White House and lets get back to business.

It's The Soviet Way

Under the old Soviet system of mental health, people who protested against the communists were sometimes not sent to the gulag. They were judged to be mentally ill and sent to one of the hellish soviet mental institutions. After all, how on Earth could a worker be unhappy in the Worker's Paradise? They were probably better off being sent to Siberia.

And now the Rooskies are doing it again. PootPoot is taking dissidents to the loony bin just as his Uncle Joe did.

And there are people, judges, in America who are doing the exact same thing here.

US Veterans Forcibly Sequestered in Mental Hospitals is Indefinite Detention

After Special Justice Walter Douglas Stokes sentenced former US Marine Brandon Raub to 30 days detention in the psychiatric ward of the Veterans Hospital, Circuit Court Judge Allan Sharrett dismissed the case citing that the original petition was “devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy.”

John Whitehead, attorney for the Rutherford Institute and Raub has stated that since the former Marine’s detention case, he has received numerous stated from other veterans who are being discriminated against. The latest trend is to have our former US service men and women declared mentally ill and detained against their will.

Just as Raub was forcibly detained in a mental ward, another veteran has been taken without charge or criminal activity. His firearms were confiscated and he was given a court date.

It's the liberal way. Instead of dealing with facts and logic in any discussion, just judge them insane and lock them up. End of argument and as a bonus you look so caring because you're really just trying to help them. And you intimidate anyone else who would dare to be a dissident.

Most recently is the inception of oppositional defiance disorder (ODD) which is described as a mental disease wherein free thinkers, non-conformists, civil disobedience supporters, those who question authority and are perceived as being hostile toward the government are labeled mentally ill.

Psychiatrics claim that sufferers have “a recurrent pattern of negativistic, defiant, disobedient, and hostile behavior toward authority figures that persists for at least 6 months” which includes:

• Persistent stubbornness
• Resistance to directions
• Unwillingness to go along with the crowd
• Deliberately annoying others
• Testing limits by ignoring orders

That sounds like me and most of the South.

Who Is Buying Up All The Gun Manufacturers?

I have owned firearms from Marlin and Ruger and Bushmaster, DPMS, Colt, S&W, Baretta, Remington and more. I just heard a rumor about George Soros buying up firearms manufacturers in order to circumvent the 2nd Amendment. By acquiring these companies he will deny weapons to the American public.

I wanted to use several different sources to determine the veracity of this rumor and, apparently, it is not true.

First I used Satan's mouthpiece, the NY Slimes:

In recent years, many top-selling brands — including the 195-year-old Remington Arms, as well as Bushmaster Firearms and DPMS, leading makers of military-style semiautomatics — have quietly passed into the hands of a single private company. It is called the Freedom Group — and it is the most powerful and mysterious force in the American commercial gun industry today.

[...]Behind this giant is Cerberus Capital Management, the private investment company that first came to widespread attention when it acquired Chrysler in 2007. (Chrysler later had to be rescued by taxpayers). With far less fanfare, Cerberus, through the Freedom Group, has been buying big names in guns and ammo.

The rumor was that Soros was the puppet master behind Cerberus. The rumor became so strong that the N.R.A. stepped in and made efforts to reassure its membership that their interests were not threatened by this company.

“N.R.A. has had contact with officials from Cerberus and Freedom Group for some time,” the N.R.A. assured its members. “The owners and investors involved are strong supporters of the Second Amendment and are avid hunters and shooters.”

Mr. Soros isn’t behind the Freedom Group, but, ultimately, another financier is: Stephen A. Feinberg, the chief executive of Cerberus.

CERBERUS is part of one of the signature Wall Street businesses of the past decade: private equity. Buyout kings like Mr. Feinberg, 51, try to acquire undervalued companies, often with borrowed money, fix them up and either take them public or sell at a profit to someone else.

And here from the Illinois State Rifle Association:

Freedom Group owns a large number of firearm and ammo manufacturers. This is TRUE.

Freedom Group is owned by Cerberus. This is also TRUE.

Soros owns Cerberus. FALSE or at least highly improbable and unable to be confirmed.

This ‘warning’ started as e-mail forwards in late 2009/early 2010 when Freedom Group attempted to go public with stock and they bought up Barnes Bullets.
Cerberus was started and is owned by Stephen Feinberg. No reputable sources we have found (ie Wall Street Journal, Businessweek, etc. ) list Soros in any way connected to Cerberus. Most locations for this are online message boards or blogs that copy/paste the same or similar 'warnings' like the one above. Occasionally 'Soros & Feinberg' wording is added to them to give the alert some semblance of credibility.

So while Soros IS a gun grabber through funding such organizations as IANSA and Media Matters, it's not through Cerberus or Freedom Group.

So who is this guy, Stephen Fineberg? Who is the CEO of Cerberus Capital Management? He is a 53 year old Bronx native with a blue collar background. He is also a man who admits when he has goofed up; he has his ego under control.

In the world of private equity where there are many big egos, rarely have we seen the head of a large firm admit publicly to making mistakes. However, in a refreshing twist, Cerberus Capital Management’s chief executive reflected on past missteps during a keynote speech at the Dow Jones Private Equity Analyst conference in New York.

“One thing about the money management business is [you should] never cease to be amazed by your own ability to be an idiot,” said Stephen Feinberg, chief executive at Cerberus.

This bio outtake reveals a little more about the man:

[...]his lifestyle does not reflect extravagance as compared to his peers in the PE business. He currently resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with wife Gisela and three daughters.

Some of Feinberg’s hobbies are: chess, skiing, game hunting, and riding on his Harley motorcycle. Apart from being in private equity, he and his wife are also supporters of the Republican Party and other Republican organizations. He has even hired Dan Quayle, the former Republican US Vice President, as Cerberus’ chairman of global investments. Moreover, former US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld was one of the company’s clients.

I figure I can rest a bit easier now.

He's Just Saying What The Rest Of Us Are Thinking

LUBBOCK (CBSDFW.COM) - A Texas leader is warning of what he calls a ‘civil war’ and possible invasion of United Nations troops if President Barack Obama is re-elected.

Lubbock County Judge Tom Head is convinced that Mr. Obama winning a second term would lead to a revolt by the American people and he’s is pushing a tax increase for the district attorney’s office and the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office. He says the money is needed to “beef up” it’s resources in case President Obama wins the November election.

In the event of civil unrest Judge Head said he’s concerned the President would hand over sovereignty of the United States to the U.N. and that the American public would react violently.

Now that is a bit beyond the pale. UN troops couldn't even handle a few thousand murderous thugs in Rwanda so they certainly can't handle 130 million armed US citizens. No, Obama will use DHS civilian troops for that. They're perhaps already gearing up for it with the purchase of hundreds of millions of hollow point rounds.

In a slammer of a deal New York State is looking to sell off a 31-acre, 262 bed prison that comes with two gyms, one chapel and it's own sewage treatment plant.

Going for a steal at $390,000, Camp Georgetown Correctional Facility just 35 miles from central Syracuse is located within 98,000 acres of state forest land and the property contains 38 buildings on the site.

In addition to the chapels and five pheasant pen sheds, the facility understandably boasts that security is a strong point for any potential buyer who fancies themselves as the prison warden of their own empty jail.

As this site is only a 40 minute drive to work for me, I might be interested in it if I were starting a Bedz n' Breakfast or maybe a strict diet regimen facility.

Or a cult.
