This is a brilliant video - hope you don't mind but I've nicked it. You're not the only ones to be worried by Obama's attitude to the EU or his economic and social policies. Btw have you soon this "Jib-Jab spoof of Obama?
I often meet Americans here in England, both tourists and on business, they are invariably polite, well spoken and eager for knowledge; never 'arrogant'. A far cry from the "overpaid, over-sexed and over here" cliche of the 40's and 5o's or the golf gear clad hoardes of the 1970's bagging 10 countries in 14 day bus tours.
While having the greatest repect for American history and accomplishments I would point out to this lady that your rebels did not face the 'greatest military and navy' in the world; rather the leftover ragtags from Englands more pressing confrontation with Napoleon in Europe and various other parts of the world.
The narrator of this video appears to regard our Strasburg institutions with some suspicion, that view is widely shared over here.
