And three of the SEALs who captured him are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called a captain’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber,” told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.
The SEALS were acquitted. Osama is dead. 2012 can't come soon enough.

Wouldn't it have been much much better if osammi had been captured. (Sounds like that would have been easy), taken away to a CIA prison in GurgleGurgleStan and squeezed for every piece of information he had floating around in his diseased brain and no one told anything? (YES)

Kid - I feel that his cold, dead corpse was the appropriate remedy. God only knows how many innocent people would have been kidnapped, tortured and killed in order to free him.
There is a British blogger who recommended that Osama's body should have been brought back to NYC where it would be mounted near the WTC with a pound of bacon stuck in his mouth and a FDNY fire axe shoved up his ass. I greatly favor this.
