I've seen those demonstrated in San Diego harbor and they look very cool.
I'd rather do the wingsuit stuff.
LL - I wonder if you can use them in an above ground swimming pool?
Kid - I used to scuba dive back in the day and that is a bit much. The flying wing suits are a misnomer, they are falling suits. :)
