The National Debt Is A Form Of Slavery

We are watching two opposing forces fighting for control of the country. This is the fiercest competition since the issue of slavery was on the table and it could very well result in the same type of resolution.  And the conflict is again ultimately one of economic advantage; the Deep State wants to protect its deep pockets.

There are trillions of dollars at stake here; Obama provided an unprecedented massive infusion of  taxpayer funds to the Deep State and it wants those deep fiduciary arteries to remain open.  Hillary was just a stent to keep them open and allow the bleeding to continue and both Democrats and Republicans participated in the operation.

We have enslaved future generations of Americans in order to feed our secretive overlords. The plantation now covers the entire country. The IRS is their whip and the media preaches that all is good and to challenge that relationship is evil.

We are twenty trillion dollars in debt with naught to show for it and yet this is not enough to quench the Deep State's thirst. Or perhaps the Democrats, using Whoopi Goldberg's "rape rape" definition, think that this massive financial burden has not reached the level of "debt debt." That level, my friends, will become apparent when the whole bloody kit and caboodle collapses and the government can finally assume control over every aspect of our lives.

Where or when will we find our Fort Sumter?
Perhaps it is now.
Has Trump fired the opening shots? I think so.

I think that the only way out of $20T in debt will be to export oil/gas. We have the oil and need to develop a greater capacity to both refine and ship.

I favor a transoceanic LNG pipeline from the US/Canada to Europe. It would undermine the Russian gas market in Europe and would provide an efficient way to move LNG from one side of the pond to the other. Ships are ineffective. They take too long and their capacity is too small.

President Trump inherited a mess and the way forward isn't by continuing the failed policies that put us in this predicament.

LL - a pipeline to Europe? Huh. Certainly worthy of a feasibility study.

Thanks to the libs and the EPA we haven't built a new oil refinery since 1978 or so. We need new ones anyway that are built on more recent technology. And think of the jobs, jobs, jobs.

You, LL, and I (LL shortly) are all in the outskirts. Our job is when the libs start running toward us to hide we push them back into play. There will be no hiding in our neck of the woods.

I think that Trump is threatening some really dark sources of revenue. I mean, who in their right mind would just want to rebuild their country, with honest labor? What about all that off the books stuff, like human trafficking, and gunrunning, and drugs?

All that dark stuff has gone too far. I did what I could. Scars to prove it.

Of course, I did not take their damned money. Otherwise, I would not be able to speak without being bought off.

I wish sometimes that so many honest people were not tied into the loss of revenue.

Odie - I'll be pushing just as long as I can. I'm in great company.

Demoncraps and RINOs have participated for decades at least.

I hope Trump can find good people to support his plans.

I think America needs to become energy independent using ALL forms of energy and then sell what we don't need.

fwiw. We could monetize the debt. Print up enough money to pay it all off. Or just default on it like so many countries like Greece do every other week.

Yes it would weaken the dollar but then that would be good for trade - many around the world could buy from America for pennies on the dollar - good thing. (Buy Gold)

Didn't California just default on their triple digit billion $ debt when moonbeam was elected governor ?

I'm actually not that worried about national debt vs the many other threats to our country and culture.
