It's None Of Your Business

This driver makes an excellent point. With millions of illegal aliens invading this country every year, why are authorities detaining American citizens and asking to prove that they are citizens? Why aren't these BP cops on the border detaining people sneaking into the country?

I really don't blame the cops, they're just doing what they are ordered to do (yeah, I know that only goes so far). I blame their supervisors and commanders who don't have the balls to tell the bull dykes and other assorted clowns in DHS to go piss up a rope.

Sig, Seriously, I've been thinking about this a couple years now. Why don't we ALL learn to say in Spanish anytime we get stopped on the highway for anyfreakin thing "I am from Mexico and I have no insurance and no ID. and no License and I dunno need no steenkin badges".

"My name is Jose Martinez. Do with me what you will senor."

Seriously.

PS - Happy Quattro de Mayo day, times 2.

Gorges - I was always instructed that probable cause was needed before you grabbed someone and started demanding papers and crap. Guess that's now passe under ObamaLaw.

Kid - I dunno, I always thought it unwise to piss off someone who gets paid to carry a gun. Then again, The more intrusive law enforcement gets, the more they will lose their popular support. These guys have to be careful that they don't reach that stage - it will make their jobs more difficult.

Where the hell was this? If he were an illegal Mexican he would have been waved through in the first place.

Being a retired cop, I recommend all law enforcement and military to consider joining Oath Keepers; or at the very least following their outlined rules of engagement, a list of orders NOT to follow.

Sig, Yep. While I haven't heard any actual stories there are laws on the books like strip searching you on the highway if they want for no particular reason, that could really kick things up several notches.
