Quite frankly, I am somewhat surprised that Obama gave the go ahead to the IRS. Then again, maybe I shouldn't be as Obama is just as treacherous as Hillary and a better liar.
Whatever. This is long overdue. I am particularly interested in Bill's $500K speakers fee furnished by a Russian bank and a two million dollar payoff to the Clinton Foundation that allowed the Russians to purchase the company that controls 20% of the US uranium production. Hillary's State Dept. okayed the sale after these funds were safely stashed under the Clinton mattress.

From the Daily Caller:
IRS Commissioner John Koskinen referred congressional charges of corrupt Clinton Foundation “pay-to-play” activities to his tax agency’s exempt operations office for investigation, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.H/T Lucianne
The request to investigate the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation on charges of “public corruption” was made in a July 15 letter by 64 House Republicans to the IRS, FBI and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). They charged the foundation is “lawless.”
The initiative is being led by Rep. Marsha Blackburn, a Tennessee Republican who serves as the vice chairwoman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, which oversees FTC. The FTC regulates public charities alongside the IRS.
The lawmakers charged the Clinton Foundation is a “lawless ‘pay-to-play’ enterprise that has been operating under a cloak of philanthropy for years and should be investigated.”
More from Breitbret:
The Democrats’ newfound paranoia about Russian influence on American affairs was certainly nowhere to be found when Hillary Clinton was cheerfully selling them a huge chunk of America’s uranium stockpile, right after a Russian bank paid Bill Clinton $500,000 for a speech.
The Uranium One story is among the incidents detailed in Peter Schweizer’s Clinton Cash. A quick recap: Uranium One was originally a Canadian company, bought out by Russia’s state atomic energy agency, Rosatom.

Obama now knows that Hillary is the true Teflon candidate to be able to weather a full FBI investigation through the media. Unlike the FBI, the IRS can waffle this one for months, then drop it if Hillary gets elected.
Euripides - FBI Director Comey, the "Teflon Fairy Godmother," imbued Satan's Valedictorian with her teflonness. As you say, the IRS grinds exceedingly fine and exceedingly slow and exceedingly political. This investigation could last until America's Tricentennial.
