Hillary Defaults On Benghazi Lawsuit

If true, this is an interesting turn of events.

The attorney for Pat Smith and Charles Woods has filed an affidavit in federal court asking for a federal judge to enter a default judgment against Hillary Clinton after she failed to respond to a lawsuit they filed in United States District Court in D.C. in August.

Smith and Woods are the parents of American U.S. Foreign Service member Sean Smith, and Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods, respectively. Both died during the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. They sued Clinton for wrongful death, defamation, and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. The defendants say they served Clinton at her campaign office in Brooklyn, New York.

“Despite having been served in this matter, no appearance has been entered by Defendant Hillary Clinton, no responsive pleading has been filed or served upon counsel for Plaintiffs: no motions for extension of time have been filed,” attorney Larry Klayman wrote in an affidavit. Klayman runs the right-leaning Freedom Watch organization. He says for all of those reasons the Court “is requested to enter a Default against Defendant Hillary Clinton.”

Apparently Hillary was supposed to respond within 21 days of the filing or request an extension. She did neither.

Breitbart lists nine revelations to come out of Hillary's Benghazi testimony.

1. Hillary Clinton told the prime minister of Egypt on Sep. 12, 2012 that a video was not responsible.

2. Ambassador Chris Stevens did not have Clinton’s personal email address, but Sid Blumenthal did.

3. Clinton and the State Department broke the law in failing to sign a waiver for security at Benghazi.

4. Clinton believes that Chris Stevens was joking when he asked about security at the Benghazi compound.

Coming soon to a theater near you: the movie Hillary Clinton wishes didn’t exist.

The trailer has just dropped for Michael Bay’s “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi,” based on the book by Mitchell Zuckoff, which in turn is based on the eyewitness reports of five of the six CIA contractors present that night. The sixth, Tyrone Woods, perished in the battle.

Due Jan. 15, “13 Hours” seeks to continue the winning streak of fact-based military movies released in January: Two years ago “Lone Survivor” attracted a huge audience, and this winter “American Sniper” ruled the box office.

“13 Hours,” the book, trained its eye entirely on events on the ground in Benghazi, Libya, on the night of Sept. 11, 2012, when two CIA outposts were attacked by Islamofascist terrorists. It isn’t a political indictment of officials in Washington, and the movie appears to stick close to the style of the book. Unlike other films based on recent history that admit to fudging details for cinematic convenience, “13 Hours” boldly states — at least in its trailer — “this is a true story.”

The Criminal Obama Legacy Abetted By Hillary

Like an oozing, pus-filled wound, the Obama/Clinton Benghazi debacle continues to fester.

The Administration knowingly fabricated from whole cloth the lie that a video sparked the attack.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it obtained more than 100 pages of previously classified “Secret” documents from the Department of Defense (DOD)and the Department of State revealing that DOD almost immediately reported that the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi was committed by the al Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood-linked “Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman” (BCOAR), and had been planned at least 10 days in advance. Rahman is known as the Blind Sheikh, and is serving life in prison for his involvement in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and other terrorist acts.

The new documents also provide the first official confirmation that shows the U.S. government was aware of arms shipments from Benghazi to Syria. The documents also include an August 2012 analysis warning of the rise of ISIS and the predicted failure of the Obama policy of regime change in Syria.

OHIO ZOO: MOM DANGLING TODDLER OVER CHEETAH PIT WHEN HE FELL

CLEVELAND (AP) -- Zoo officials in Cleveland say a woman was dangling her 2-year-old son over a railing when he fell about 10 feet into a cheetah exhibit.

Cleveland Metroparks Zoo says the toddler's parents jumped in and pulled him to safety Saturday afternoon.

The zoo's executive director says the cheetahs didn't go toward the boy or his parents and that several eyewitnesses saw the woman holding the child over the railing.

Zoo officials say the boy hurt his leg in the fall. Cleveland Fire Department spokesman Larry Gray says the toddler was treated for bumps and bruises at a hospital.

What's the difference between dangling a child over a pit full of wild animal predators at the Cleveland Zoo and dangling a queer over a pit full of wild radical Muslims at the  Benghazi Zoo?

Can somebody tell me? Anybody?

Democrats Turn Their Backs On Benghazi

This is breathtakingly hateful and disrespectful; it doesn't surprise me.
Democrats are a treasonous, treacherous lot.
This action was predictable; it is in character with their spiteful agenda.

During the second portion of a House Oversight and Government Reform hearing about Benghazi Thursday on Capitol Hill, the majority of Democrats on the Committee left the room and refused to listen to the testimony of Patricia Smith and Charles Woods. Ms. Smith is the mother of Sean Smith, an information management officer killed in the 9/11 Benghazi attack. Charles Woods is the father of Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods, who was also killed.

Of course the media will black this out.
