When The Police De-Police
The guys in patrol react in several ways to perceived threats and injustices. One of the favorites was to to stop writing parking tickets which was a major source of revenue for the city. The citizenry was not endangered as the overwhelming majority of illegally parked cars do not represent a threat to public safety. Our commanders might thunder but since everyone was doing it they could not single anyone out for retribution. However what is transpiring now is completely different; it's on a whole new level and it is not going to be quickly addressed.
The WashTimes reports:
This is no longer your grandfather's America where a healthy dollop of respect for authority and accountability was infused into young people. That is gone, particularly in minority communities. Generations of haphazard child-rearing have seen to that as fathers fled the families as government moved in. In many minority communities - yes, black neighborhoods - police are mistrusted. Cooperation with authorities is stymied by prideful attitudes like "stitches for snitches" that stop investigations dead in their tracks. People do get away with murder.
Police officers are subject to violence, but that has always been the case. Look at the following chart that depicts police officers killed in the line of duty for the past 51 years. A total of 9,313 officers lost their lives, an average of 183 per year.
Source
Look at the spike in officer deaths that started with the 1967 race riots. That didn't begin to calm down until the mid 70's. Interestingly, cops started wearing Kevlar vests about that time too. The spike in 2001 is self evident. But there was still a downward trend until the tail end of the chart. The lowest point is 2013 (the lowest number of officer deaths in 50 years), the year before the events in Ferguson.
Of course not all of these officers were murdered.

The WashTimes reports:
EXCLUSIVE: FBI report finds officers ‘de-policing’ as anti-cop hostility becomes ‘new norm’There are several of my readers who understand completely what is going on. You guys know who you are. This is a major sea change that will drive crime rates up. All crime rates will go up, not just homicides, as police officers take a few steps back.
An unclassified FBI study on last year’s cop-killing spree found officers are “de-policing” amid concerns that anti-police defiance fueled in part by movements like Black Lives Matter has become the “new norm.”
“Departments — and individual officers — have increasingly made the decision to stop engaging in proactive policing,” said the report by the FBI Office of Partner Engagement obtained by The Washington Times.
The report, “Assailant Study — Mindsets and Behaviors,” said that the social-justice movement sparked by the 2014 death of 18-year-old Michael Brown at the hands of an officer in Ferguson, Missouri, “made it socially acceptable to challenge and discredit the actions of law enforcement.”
FBI spokesman Matthew Bertron said the study was written in April.
“Nearly every police official interviewed agreed that for the first time, law enforcement not only felt that their national political leaders [publicly] stood against them, but also that the politicians’ words and actions signified that disrespect to law enforcement was acceptable in the aftermath of the Brown shooting,” the study said.

Close Quarter Political Combat
I missed this article in PJ Media when it came out four days ago. It gives an example of desperate close quarters combat and a summation of the Trump-Clinton-Obama tiff that is s thing of beauty. Trump doesn't attack the extremities seeking to weaken his opponent, he goes much deeper than that.
He accuses Obama of criminal activity while he was President. Now Obama has a different problem to tackle and Trump is in a position where he cannot back off. He must kill Obama politically.
The most singular thing about Donald Trump's wiretap accusation against Barack Obama is how he's refusing to play the game of extremities — losing a Flynn here and getting a Sessions paralyzed there — and getting right into lethal range. Trump's gone right past Schumer, ignored the surrogates and gone straight for the former president himself.Once elected, Trump gives Hillary a pass on her criminal activities and the Democrats thought it was a sign of weakness. They pile on Trump by attacking his Cabinet choices, fatally wounding National Security Advisor Michael Flynn and harassing AG Jeff Sessions. In return, Trump does not go after Democratic flunkies, he goes right for Obama's throat.
He accuses Obama of criminal activity while he was President. Now Obama has a different problem to tackle and Trump is in a position where he cannot back off. He must kill Obama politically.
This escalation represents a real threat to Obama. Suddenly everything is out of control. Nobody would have minded much if Trump had gone after one of Obama's henchmen — which is probably what was expected — but none can foresee how an exchange of blades between principals will end. It is safe to say, however, that unless the combatants disengage, someone will get hurt. It will be a terrible moment for American political civility when a king lies on the political floor. The whole point of a peaceful transition of power is to prevent a clash between kings. Yet the very tragedy the electoral process is intended to prevent is happening before our eyes.Obama and his minions are evil, traitorous slime. Trump needs to end them. I trust he will.
And Away We Go... Again
Here's another swamp thing that needs to be yanked out of the water once and for all. From The American Mirror:
But wait, there's Comey he has to deal with. This could be another embarrassing cock up waiting for Trump to step in it.
Obama's half brother posts a document (if that's what it is) that has a footprint. If true, this can be used to provide positive identification. I am not sure how you would get Obama to submit to having his right footprint taken, but waterboarding seems promising.
And why now? Sure, Malik most likely was warned to keep his mouth shut during the past eight years. With a change in administration there could be something afoot, a counter move to Obama's shadow government that seeks to discredit him. Could this be Trump's initial opening volley?
You know what? Ask Putin if he would send some Rooskie agents into Kenya to take a looksee. Let the Kenyans mess with the Spetsnaz instead.
An Obama has joined the birther movement. One of the issues that gave Obama a lot of confidence was that his place of birth might possibly be half a ocean away from Hawaii and the media, law enforcement and judges all covered for him. Any one who dared question Obama's claims to natural citizenship was attacked. Now let the narcissistic commie stew. Trump is now in a position to quietly have the FBI send a few agents to Kenya to kick things around.
Malik Obama, Barack Obama’s half-brother, tweeted image of what appears to be Barack’s birth certificate.
Except it’s not from Hawaii, but rather Kenya.

Yank On The Plug, Then Drain The Swmp
USAG Sessions is dropping hints that Obama's DoJ may be subjected to an investigation.
Do it or don't.
Shit or get off the pot.
Story here.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions suggested Thursday that he would be open to the appointment of an outside counsel to review actions taken by the Justice Department during the Obama administration.I'm finding these floaters to be tiresome.
Conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt asked Sessions in an interview if the new attorney general would consider designating an outside counsel "not connected to politics" to take a second look at Justice Department actions that provoked Republican ire in the last eight years. Those include the Fast and Furious gun scandal and the decisions against bringing criminal charges over Hillary Clinton's email practices or the Internal Revenue Service's treatment of conservative groups.
Do it or don't.
Shit or get off the pot.
Sessions was noncommittal but left the door open, saying he would do everything he could to "restore the independence and professionalism of the Department of Justice."There's been eight years of review, enough already. Still, this may be a negotiating maneuver to shake things loose a bit.
"So we would have to consider whether or not some outside special counsel is needed," Sessions said. "Generally, a good review of that internally is the first step before any such decision is made."

Trump Accusations Based On Vapor Evidence
These people need to be shot thrown in jail for the rest of their lives and their personal fortunes seized. Let their spouses and children beg in the streets.
From Gateway Pundit:
Also last October WikiLeaks released another batch of emails that show close coordination between the DoJ and Clinton apparatchiks during the Hillary email investigation that was underway. Bill must have had quite a laundry list when he decided to pop in on Loretta's jet.
Thus far no particulars have emerged that detail the activities allegedly under investigation by the DoJ that precipitated the eavesdropping applications on the Trump HQ. Both warrant applications that were submitted to the FISA court need to be examined as well as the documentation that provided the reasonable cause upon which the applications were based. Let the public know just what Lynch's people were looking for... because they obviously found nothing and that is precisely the basis for the allegations now sweeping the liberal media. Vapor evidence.
Now former US AG Lynch is calling for riots, blood on the streets in order to bring down the Trump administration. IMHO this is nothing more than the last desperate gasps of a woman who knows she is about to drown in the waters of her former agency. Indict the traitorous bitch and be done with it. And don't forget the Clintons. I'd say let them all rot in prison; but then again there is merit in North Korea's use of surplus military equipment to permanently remove corrupt politicians. And sponges, don't forget the sponges.
As a bonus, this is an interesting graphic of Obama's scandal-free administration. Some of these involve wiretapping, such as the May 2013 federal seizure of AP reporters' phone calls.
From Gateway Pundit:
We now know that the meeting between Bill Clinton and Attorney General Lynch occurred at about the same time that the Obama administration filed a request with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) to monitor communications involving Donald Trump and several advisers. There is circumstantial evidence that the entire plot to eavesdrop on the server in Trump Tower started with Bill Clinton's visit to Loretta Lynch in the Phoenix airport last summer, around July 2016. The FISA court initially refused the warrant application but after it was rewritten it was approved just a month (October) prior to the Presidential elections.

Obama's Spies
These idiots just never learn. Trump makes a supposedly outrageous statement, the dems and their puppet media go crazy, and then they get it stuffed down their throats. CNN (who else?) starts the parade:
President Donald Trump made a stunning claim Saturday, alleging without offering evidence that his predecessor, Barack Obama, wiretapped his phones at Trump Tower ahead of the 2016 election.Counter claims of "No proof! No proof!" are quickly voiced by the usual coterie of anonymous former Obama officials.
But two former senior US officials quickly dismissed Trump's accusations out of hand. But apparently there was indeed a wiretap, an eavesdropping warrant, approved last October in order to examine the activity of several persons in the Trump campaign. From Breitbart:
"Just nonsense," said one former senior US intelligence official.
Another former senior US official with direct knowledge of investigations by the Justice Department under the Obama administration said Trump's phones were never tapped.
"This did not happen. It is false. Wrong," the former official told CNN.
A number of ex-Obama officials appear to suggest that the Obama administration may have actually wiretapped the Trump campaign, but that if they did it would have been justified by a court and part of an investigation by the Justice Department—not led by or ordered from the White House or the former president himself.
On Saturday, former President Obama’s spokesman Kevin Lewis denied that the former White House or the former President himself would have given such an order to wiretap Trump Tower—or any other type of surveillance in any case—but that such an order would have come from an “independent investigation led by the Department of Justice.”
And once again the Donald knows what he is talking about.

Obama's Grotesque Descent Into Self Adulation
Obama's crass nature and self love is erupting through the thin skin of civility and amicability that the media has created for him. The old adage of "Pride Goeth Before A Fall" obviously means nothing to him.
The next two weeks will be filled with his childish tantrums at being forced to abdicate the Presidential throne because of that old, mean Constitution.President Obama has another ironic award for his trophy shelf, to accompany his Nobel Peace Prize and all those participation trophies he got at Punahou for his basketball skills. His appointee and subordinate Ash Carter yesterday pinned a military medal – the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service – on his boss, as Warner Todd Huston reported for Breitbart.

A Few Words From Victor Davis Hanson
Victor Hanson gives a great presentation on the myths surrounding Trump's election. It's a long video (45 minutes) but very interesting. Hanson is such an engaging speaker.
He speaks for the first 25 minutes and answers questions for another 20 at the David Horowitz Restoration Weekend on November 12, 2016, in Palm Beach, Florida. Stay with it.

Here's a taste:
I think the only question is will Trump do as he says, and appoint a special prosecutor. I think that he doesn't have to make a big deal. I think he just should be on a press conference one day and somebody will say, "Are you going to appoint a --" and all he has to say is, "Wouldn’t you?" And that's it. And do it. No big deal. And let her – I don't have a lot of sympathy for somebody who abuses the Constitution and lectures everybody how moral she is. And finally, what they don't understand about Donald Trump, this is what's ironic. He did something that George H. W. Bush could not do. He did something that Barack Obama could never do. He put the Clintons in permanent retirement. Only he did that.
UPDATE:
Sorry, the vimeo video has suddenly disappeared. For some reason it is still available here.

Hacker Central
The Moscow Times gives a brief explanation of why there are so many Russian hackers. Does it imply that Russians hacked into poorly defended democratic computers? Not really. It only suggests that Russia certainly has the personnel and the required talent for this to happen.
But Obama and his slave media minions are crying that the illegal access and release of electronic files that document the illegal activities of his party are a far worse offense than the actual crimes committed by the Democrats.
Lost in the debate about Russian influence in the U.S. presidential election is the fact Russian hackers have been active for a long time. Littering the illicit pages of the dark web, Russian hacking programs today make possible most of the world’s financial-sector break-ins. Increasingly, Russian hackers have acted with political motivations, but their bread and butter is and has always been theft and corporate espionage. It's an interesting read.
[...]“The U.S.S.R. had the largest engineering community in the world,” says Andrey Soldatov, author of The Red Web and an expert on cyber security and the Russian security services. “They existed to support the Soviet military-industrial complex, and after its collapse, many of these experts and their children, found themselves left high and dry.”
And so, in the 1990s and early 2000s, the Russian-speaking hacker community flourished.
“In the early 2000s, lots of people who had access to computers knew how to hack — and they did it, even just to get access to the Internet,” Kruchenok says. “A lot of people worked on the so-called ‘gray Internet’ in the businesses of spam, malware, and porn. Groups would hire talented people to write the code for these industries.”

Ex-President Obama's Role Model

Otou and Katayama Yumi did not speak for 20 years because he was jealous
Most couples have experienced a long and awkward period of silence after a row it is unlikely to compare to a husband and wife who have not spoken for two decades - but continue to live with each other.
Otou Yumi, from Nara, southern Japan, continues to live with his three children and wife, Katayama, who perseveres in making conversation with him but has only ever received a nod or a grunt in response for 20 years.
The Japanese couple's silence was revealed by their 18-year-old son Yoshiki, who wrote into a TV show asking them to fix the situation as he had never heard them have a conversation.

That is a standard practice with resolutions at the Security Council. The Egyptians and the Palestinians and many others understood that if the text were more balanced it was possible we wouldn't block it. Borscht v. Burrito
So, what nation had the most influence on our Presidential elections? Russia or Mexico?
The Senate Intelligence Committee demanded that the CIA produce the evidence proving that Russia made deliberate efforts to influence the out come of last November's elections. The CIA has refused.
There are counterclaims, There is evidence suggesting that there was a massive influx of illegal aliens who cast ballots in the election.
On the other hand,we have a claim that a foreign power has had an even greater influence on the election and the intelligence agencies maintaining this fiction refuse to provide the proof that has been requested by other government officials responsible for ascertaining appropriate government oversight. Yet the political elites and the media have accepted this fiction.
And then again, borscht never gave me the runs.

(CNSNews.com) - An attempt by Congress to find out more about Russian interference in the U.S. presidential election hit a brick wall last night, when U.S. intelligence agencies refused a request to brief the House intelligence committee today (Thursday) on the cyber-attacks.Nevertheless, the current administration and the MSM is pursuing this story as if Moses just came down from Mt. Sinai with the evidence engraved in stone.
There are counterclaims, There is evidence suggesting that there was a massive influx of illegal aliens who cast ballots in the election.
Investigators found the voter after examining “jury excusal” forms where a person said they couldn’t serve because they were not U.S. Citizens. They took those names and found dozens of those people in the database of Florida registered voters. On one hand we have a simple process that can produce the actual numbers of illegal voters from official state databases verifying the claim that illegal immigration has corrupted the political process in America. Unfortunately the political elites and the MSM will not lend credence to these efforts .
Since investigators only checked a very small sample of jury forms, one can only imagine how many thousands, or tens of thousands of illegals statewide who may have voted since the Motor Voter law was passed in 1993. Non-citizen voting is a Federal felony.
On the other hand,we have a claim that a foreign power has had an even greater influence on the election and the intelligence agencies maintaining this fiction refuse to provide the proof that has been requested by other government officials responsible for ascertaining appropriate government oversight. Russia And China Spank Obama
I just know there's gonna be another line drawn in the Syrian sand for Russia to ignore and a rubber duckie thrown in the water for China to play with. Like I stated in the prior post, the next five weeks will be interesting.
Obama's ass is going to be very sore when he leaves next month.
WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is promising that the U.S. will retaliate against Russia for its suspected meddling in America’s election process, an accusation the Kremlin has vehemently denied.
Amid calls on both sides of the political aisle on Capitol Hill for a full-bore congressional investigation, including assertions President Vladimir Putin was personally involved, Obama said in an interview that anytime a foreign government tries to interfere in U.S. elections, the nation must take action — “and we will.”Neither country is going to listen to Obama. Putin is preparing to kick some Arab ISIS ass with Trump and China ... who knows. Do we have the resources to back up our interests in the area? I don't think so.
Trump has his work cut out for him. Both Pakistan and the Philippines are moving towards China as economic and strategic partners. Also check out LL's blog here for more on the Pakistan development.
This should not come as a surprise. Obama's weak sister, ass bowing approach to diplomacy does not create good allies. If a foreign nation is going to cooperate in protecting our interests, they want a partner strong enough to jack up anyone who comes against them. This does not mean war; just make an offer that they can't refuse and do it quietly. Roosevelt's Great White Fleet was a good example of this. A gesture of good will and strength.
The US is viewed as weak. It will take a little time and competent, consistent diplomacy to change that as well as improvements in our military strength.
Putin understands strength.
China understands strength.
Most of the world's leaders understand strength and how to apply it in international relations.
Obama never had a clue.

A Hollow Military
Obama hates America. There are few areas where this is more apparent than in the condition of our nation's armed forces.
Throughout recorded history we are reminded that powerful nations will extend their sphere of influence and crush those that oppose them. The only way that this oppression can be resisted is through the application of military power.
If and when our political leaders determine that we are not capable of resisting foreign influence, they will surrender our interests to please other nations. Under whose sphere of influence do you wish to live your life? China? Russia? Iran?
Our overwhelming superior military strength is what has kept us free. That freedom could be lost if our military becomes weak and ineffective, which is exactly what Obama's agenda is trying to accomplish.
Story here and more here.Forget about the longtime standard of a military capable of fighting two major wars simultaneously, which the United States abandoned four years ago. The current military would have trouble fighting one major conflict. For years liberals have argued that America cannot be the world's policeman. But most other nations do not operate under the same guiding principles of freedom and personal liberty that America possesses. It is foolish to assume otherwise.
That is the assessment of some prominent defense experts, who contend the military has degraded to dangerous levels after eight years under President Obama.
“We have lost our edge,” said Daniel Goure, senior vice president of the Lexington Institute. “We are no longer technologically superior in a whole list of areas … This is a military that is on the brink of collapse.”
Throughout recorded history we are reminded that powerful nations will extend their sphere of influence and crush those that oppose them. The only way that this oppression can be resisted is through the application of military power.

“We are actually below peacetime levels,” said John Venable, a retired Air Force colonel who serves as a senior research fellow with The Heritage Foundation’s Center for National Defense. “But we’re actually fighting a war.”This is the change that Obama promised.
- The Army needs 25 brigades to fight one major conflict. It has 31, but Venable said only 10 are “mission ready.”
- The Navy had 272 ships, below its 308-ship goal, and Venable said only about a third of the vessels are ready for combat.
- The Air Force needs 600 planes to fight one major conflict. Although the service currently has 1,159, Venable said less than half are ready for combat.
- The Marine Cops has 23 battalions, more than the 13 needed to fight one major conflict, but the Heritage report estimates only half are ready.

FBI Investigates Missing White House Drapes
The Director of the FBI, James Comey, is personally supervising an investigation concerning the disappearance of three sets of White House drapes.
This afternoon at a Department of Justice press conference in Chicago, Director Comey issued the following statement:
"I think the Obamas were extremely careless. I think they were negligent. That I could establish. What we can't establish is that they acted with the necessary criminal intent," he insisted. "'Should have known,' 'must have known,' 'had to know' does not get you there. You have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they knew they were engaged in something that was unlawful."

Is This The NY Times' Last Obamagasm?
The NY Times, "The Grey Lady," has managed to drop her so-called objective undies, spread her hoary editorial legs wide so as to give the liberals another go while she shudders and moans through one more Trump hit piece.
I won't bother to quote any more of the squealing sheilas' steamy, senseless, stippled soliloquy (dang! broke my thesaurus!) but you, faithful reader, can well imagine the tripe that only the fevered brow of the Times can produce.
In this digital swill, to which I refuse to link, the Times savagely bites the pillow and still manages to scream that Trump is ruining Obama's diplomatic masterpiece; in brief, Trump has smeared a mustache over Obama's Mona Lisa of Global Outreach.
The Times gives us a Christmas Cacophony of Doom...
Of course the Times fails to mention Obama's failed foreign policies. Aided by his first Secretary of Scandal, the Great Bowing and Scraping Initiative of his Administrative has produced nothing but terror and instability throughout the world.
Here's a Whitman's Assorted Incompetence Sampler of Obama's achievements.
But none of this penetrates the Times' frenzied Obamagasm. On the other hand, let her enjoy it. In the very near future they'll be few and far between.

- Libya and Syria are in flaming ruins.
- Egypt barely managed to avoid the same fate.
- Tunisia is now run by terrorists.
- Iran still provides armaments to terrorists throughout the region and is on the threshold of producing its own nuclear weapons.
- Russia invaded Ukraine and now has massed troops, missiles and armor along its borders.
- China is militarizing and claiming mineral rich and vital commercial waterways in the South China Sea.
- In response to China, Viet Nam is doing the same albeit on a smaller scale.
