Remember the Baltimore Six, Mosby Will

April 12, 2015. Remember the looting and rioting in Baltimore and the six sacrificial cops that were prosecuted for the death of Freddie Gray? Three of the officers were exonerated after trial and the rest had all charges dropped. But that didn't end the nightmare that Baltimore City Prosecutor Mosby started. Not by a long shot. But now it's her nightmare.
Baltimore Police LEGALLY BRUTALIZE Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby
The Baltimore Six exonerated. However, things didn’t go so well for Marilyn Mosby. For her, the public humiliation continues in the courts.

The race-baiting attorney general became famous for prosecuting six police officers for the alleged manslaughter of drug-dealer Freddie Gray. She received a metaphorical beatdown of Rodney King proportions.

When Freddie Gray died in Baltimore two years ago, the city’s chief prosecutor, Marilyn Mosby went on an anti-cop rampage. Within two weeks of the purported crime and without grand jury indictments, Mosby charged the six officers involved in Gray’s arrest. In her stunning over-reach, she charged some of the officers with murder.
The cops filed lawsuits against Mosby, the Sheriff and City of Baltimore. A judge just ruled that the lawsuits can continue and that Mosby must surrender all her emails and be deposed under oath.

This gonna be good. I hope the cop's attorney's rip her apart.

Forty-Seven Years Before The Berkeley Riots

I guess I started my law enforcement career during the Kent State riots in May, 1970. I was a junior and volunteered as a student marshal walking the Syracuse University campus at night. Riots? After the first night of arsons and vandalism it was a joke.

Students Occupy the Syracuse University Administration Bldg. - May 1970

The male students took their sleeping bags and girlfriends to the quad and screwed all night. There had to be hundred of them all over the quad. The sleeping bags reflected their activity as they slowly crept along due to their frenzied motions inside the bags. The student marshals called them “inchworms”. Posers and tools made speeches and the student body took a holiday.

Rich kids made a big fuss to get out of taking final exams and liberal professors agreed to pass/fail grading for all protestors. Students staged "die-ins" and laid down in front of classroom entrances.  I took great pleasure in stepping on them as I made my way to class. I was now paying for my education out of my own pocket and I was damned if these idiots were going to prevent me from getting my money's worth.

Bill Clinton’s general counsel when he ran for president, David Ifshin, was a classmate of mine running around the campus in a red bandanna and Che t-shirt. What a tool. That same year he was in Hanoi cavorting with communists accompanied by another traitor, Jane *spit* Fonda.  The only truly noble thing he ever did was die at an early age from cancer.

My dad lost his job in late 1969 and couldn’t help me financially any more. I was already working at several part time jobs so in July of 1970 (2 months after the riots) I got a job with the university campus security and worked full time as a patrol officer on midnights and went to school full time during the day. As a university employee I received six remitted credit hours per semester and that's how I managed to stay in school. In August of 1974 I joined the Syracuse PD. I got to know the supervisor in charge of the police intelligence section who was the brother of one of the officers I worked with on campus. I asked him about the riots.

The Intel supervisor, Sgt. Mannie Leone (now deceased), told me the Syracuse University student riots were due to the efforts of outside agitators. The PD had undercover cops infiltrate the meetings and saw what was happening. I worked with these cops after I graduated from the academy (top of my class) and have pix of them when they were undercover. You’d never know by looking at them - wild looking guys.

Lynching Nixon at the New House School of Journalism

That’s one of the reasons why the Chief at the time (Tom Sardino) would not send riot police on campus, also the SU admin was real nervous about having a bunch of cops beat the crap out of these rich, snotty kids. We now know that these outsiders who raised hell all over the country were mainly sponsored by the KGB as discovered when the USSR broke apart 21 years later. The SU students just went along for the ride as did many students throughout many campuses.  Add to this mix of malcontents thousands of grad students who in 1969 lost their perpetual draft deferments
The most sweeping change in the new statute -- elimination of mass graduate school deferments -- will not go into effect until next year. In the interim, the National Security Council will advise the President whether or not any non-medical-dental deferments should be given. If more deferments are granted, they are expected to be restricted to scientists or engineers.
Many students planned to stay in college forever to avoid the draft. Throw in some KGB funding and you had a perfect storm of assholes spoiling to raise hell.

Now today, instead of the KGB, it is Soros and the globalists stirring the pot and providing the funds.
Some things never change.

Guess They're Not Batty Over Batts No More

There isn't much to this news announcement; Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts has been given his walking papers.
Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake has fired Police Commissioner Anthony Batts, the mayor's office said on Wednesday.

Batts will be replaced on an interim basis by Deputy Commissioner Kevin Davis, the mayor's office said in a statement.

Batts had headed the department during unrest triggered by the death of Freddie Gray, who died in April from an injury sustained in police custody.
Batts isn't the only one that needs to go. Mayor Rawlings-BrokeBaltimore needs to find other employment where she is unable to get people killed and that incompetent fruit loop State's Attorney who indicted the six cops should be right behind the Mayor polishing up her resume'.

Prisoners Do Self Harm While In Police Custody

90 Miles From Tyranny has a post regarding Freddie Gray - the man who died while in custody of the Baltimore PD, the alleged cause of the recent riots.

As the internal investigation continues into the death of Baltimore resident Freddie Gray, a document has leaked that claims a fellow prisoner in the van with Gray told police that the deceased man was “trying to injure himself.”

According to The Washington Post a prisoner who was also being transported in the police van on April 12 said he could hear Gray “banging against the walls” and said that he felt that Gray “was intentionally trying to injure himself.”

Until now there has been no speculation on how Gray could have entered the police van in perfectly functional condition only to be found unresponsive by the time the transport van arrived at the police station a half-hour later.
The Important Question is this - why would a man injure himself on purpose while in police custody?

I am not going to absolve the BPD of any wrong doing - I do not have first hand knowledge of the circumstances surrounding Gray's arrest and subsequent demise. But there is this- I've arrested a lot of people, many of them were screwed up in some way: drunk, high on drugs, filled with rage or just plain crazy who wind up in jail. Plus there are a lot of connivers who think they are smarter than the cops who want to build a scam lawsuit to use as leverage to reduce charges or to convince a hungry attorney to sue. While working uniform patrol I was sued twice by people like this, once in state court and once in federal court.

Allow me to relate one instance or deliberate self injure. Some drunk 19-year old kid was driving like a madman in my beat during an Upstate NY snowstorm. We got him cornered in a fenced in lot and he tried to run me over. He had left the passenger side door open and as he went by I opened it and climbed in. After a brief struggle he was subdued but I had to take him to the hospital for medical care - in his case some stitches.

When I finally get him to booking, he is videotaped and then placed in a holding cell and start the arrest paperwork. I hear a BAM BAM BAM - the kid is slamming his face against the big thick Plexiglas window of the cell. This kind of behavior is not uncommon and the sheriff deputies assigned to booking handle it in the standard manner. They put a football helmet on him.

Okay, there's blood on the Plexiglas and the kid's head is now covered in protective gear. I go back to my paperwork.

Aside - there's a whole mess of paperwork to do because the kid's parents drove to the hospital ER and started a riot. His father was a Russian Orthodox priest and his mother was nuts - tried to take me out with an IV pole in the ER. Locked them all up too - they were in the holding cell next to junior. It was bedlam - everyone screaming at each other and me in Russian.

Now behind me, the kid is finally quiet but he is sitting on the floor of the holding cell using the bench seat to pry the chin strap off. I finally look up and see this and start to call out to the deputies. The holding cell door is locked and I can't get in to stop him. The deputies are busy with another prisoner.

The kid gets the strap off, stares at me with this insane, triumphant look and promptly starts to slam his face repeatedly into the window again. I start yelling. The deputies drop everything and rush over with duct tape. The kid's face is a mess, he's bleeding afresh, covered in duct tape and screaming in Russian. Just another day....

People self harm while in custody. Did Gray also injure himself? I certainly would not hesitate to believe the other prisoner who stated this. We've had prisoners dent steel doors with their heads by running into them on purpose.

Unbelieveable

The Sheriff of Wicomico County, MD, made the two hour drive to Baltimore with his deputies and an armored vehicle (MRAP) to assist the Baltimore cops during the riots. What he found out when he got there is disturbing.
“I hadn’t planned to go to Baltimore at all. I watched the events unfold Saturday night like we all did, and was very concerned about what I saw, and the the lack of response Saturday night,” he said. “I immediately rallied up the troops. We made sure our MRAP was prepared and ready. … We were assigned to assigned to protect Baltimore City Police headquarters, all of E. Fayette Street up to City Hall, to include City Hall. There wasn’t a whole lot of activity taking place at all. We could smell that putrid smell of burning tires and a city on fire when as we came into the city.

[...]“I was sick to my stomach like everybody else. … This was urban warfare, no question about it. They were coming in absolutely beaten down. The [city officers] got out of their vehicles, thanked us profusely for being there, apologized to us for having to be there. They said we could have handled this, we were very capable of handling this, but we were told to stand down, repeatedly told to stand down,” he said. “I had never heard that order come from anyone — we went right out to our posts as soon as we got there, so I never heard the mayor say that. But repeatedly these guys, and there were many high-ranking officials from the Baltimore City Police Department … and these guys told me they were essentially neutered from the start. They were spayed from the start. They were told to stand down, you will not take any action, let them destroy property.
Story here.

These decisions were made in the Mayor's Office. She is back pedaling now but the responsibility for the massive amount of property destruction is hers.

Another "Rare" Instance Of Muslim Outrage

In an incredibly rare instance of Muslim outrage, tens of thousands of Mohammed's followers scream, "We are all wee wee'd up!" and urinate on the front lawn of the El Maserati Zhoom Zhoom mosque. The mosque's imam stated that the overpowering stench reminded him of his last pilgrimage to Mecca.
Scenes of chaos broke out across the Muslim world today as hundreds of thousands of protesters burned flags and effigies in anger over the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

Protesters gathered in the main market square in Bannu, Pakistan, chanting 'Death to the government of France', before setting fire to dozens of French flags and an effigy of the former French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

As the anger mounted, some demonstrators even set fire to an inverted Italian flag, which they mistakenly thought belonged to France.

A second effigy destroyed in the protest was said to represent the editor of the Charlie Hebdo, the magazine which was subject to a brutal attack earlier this month, after two masked jihadist gunmen stormed the Paris headquarters and killed 12 people.

The dramatic scenes came as more than 2,000 Iranians protested outside the French embassy in Tehran, shouting 'Death to French' and urging the ambassador to be expelled.

Hundreds of thousands of people also gathered in the Russian region of Chechnya, amid growing anger over the publication's depiction of the Prophet Mohammed.

Ode To Ferguson

Tear gas stings
Folks are cryin'
Gunshots ring
Someone's dyin'
The mob feels its might,
It's a looters' delight
Walking in a Liberal Wonderland.

Gone away, is law and order
It looks like the Mexican border
Through the windows they crash
And make off with the cash
Walking in a Liberal Wonderland.

In the news they cry for peace and freedom
Enlist the dead thug's father, Micheal Brown
He'll say "let's stay calm" and try to reason
But change his mind and scream, "Burn this bitch down!"

Later on, amidst the fires
They'll interview the liberal choirs.
Al Sharpton will rave,
"White cops won't behave!"
Walking in a Liberal Wonderland.
