A Remake of the Madrid Bombings in Germany's Elections?

Erik at No Pasaran speculates that there is an attack in the making. And the United States will be blamed.
The "next strike is very near, a strike that will surprise everyone in its effect, which will be much more shocking than that of 9/11/2001.”
From Ryan Mauro's FrontPage article, we learn that
The German security services are about to be tested…

Western intelligence agencies have been picking up signs of a brewing Al-Qaeda plot against Germany throughout 2009. The German newspaper, Der Spiegel reported in June that U.S. intelligence believed that Al-Qaeda had outsourced the plan to attack Germany to one of its affiliates called Al-Qaeda of the Islamic Maghreb, previously known as the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat, which has been focused primarily on fighting the government of Algeria.
Thanks to Ben Duffy who spent three years in Germany and who adds:
An attack on German soil would totally work too. They'd do whatever the terrorists told them to do after that, and be so damned proud of their sensibility for doing so. I know Germans. They would also blame it on the United States.

Nickie,

if there is something going down the reasons for it are nothing to do with the German elections per say.

It's part of the ongoing process of detroying Western democracy and eventually the "West".

Have a look at "Big Sticks and little sticks" at my place.

Stay out of Konigsberg if the date contains prime numbers!!

Remember the Fed should go belly up 30th Sep.

I remember hearing warnings on the news radio stations here in So Cal in August 2001. In imminent non-specific attack was predicted and reported.

I sure hope that intelligence agencies can stop any plans and that nobody gets hurt.

This could put quite a damper on Oktoberfest this weekend.

Incoming, I depend on you for your take on world events. But, of course, the world is too small to view any of these developments as distant or obscure.

Opie,

Rahn said that you musn't waste a good crisis. A terrorist attack would give the Obama mob license to pursue more control.

Mike, During Oktoberfest, such an attack would be viewed by half the German population as cabaret.

And then Pres. Obama will simply blame it on Bush and everyone will be happy.

I spent 3 years in W. Germany as a US Army soldier. While I believe some Germans would blame America for an attack of any kind,I believe the majority of Germans would not.
