I am going to add something. Make sure they remember something very simple. Treat goblins like goblins and people like people. If you make the mistake of treating everyone like goblins, no matter the hup or push... it is going to fail. People will back cops unless they are targeted, often even more than the goblins.
The most I will do, if I see that, is turn my back. That's all I have to do. They need to make a choice, they can't win on their own. Not even just against the goblins. But I will not support a corruptly politically correct armed bureaucratic weapon being loosed on me. None of us will. Best make a choice, and publicly, officially, and in ways that are obvious.
