WINNIPEG, Manitoba — A Canadian man who was found not criminally responsible for beheading and cannibalizing a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus has been granted his freedom.The crazy SOB can waltz over here anytime he wants another "snack."
Manitoba’s Criminal Code Review Board announced Friday it has given Will Baker, formerly known as Vince Li, an absolute discharge, meaning he is longer subject to monitoring.
Baker, a diagnosed schizophrenic, killed Tim McLean, a young carnival worker who was a complete stranger to Baker, in 2008. A year later he was found not criminally responsible due to mental illness.
I wonder if the Snickers people will use him for one of their commercials.

As a Canadian, I understand your concern. Most of us don't understand our judicial system either. Parol board must be run by liberals (democrats)

Ian - I really used to enjoy loading up my motorcycle and go fishing in Canada. After getting married me and the wife would go up to Toronto for a show and spend a few days. Just pass through the border - it was a wonderful thing. Too bad times change (politically), but Canada is still beautiful country.
