A picture is worth 1,000 words. I can't help recalling an anonymous Soviet cartoon reproduced in a magazine, that was rightfully called daring commentary. It was a sign painter writing the word "white" in black (calling black white and white, black). I wish I still had it. Seems to be germane today.
I dunno. Seems to me Bloggers are like most folks who suck up the messages from the Media Industry. Most want the facts that support their views. Truth becomes what we make it. No matter which side of the fence it starts from.
MRM seems to be objective enough to comprhend everyone else's subjectivity and thrall to propaganda. He's the only thinker left. Ask him. He'll tell you,
DC, thanks. Reason is what we use to evaluate the truth or falsehood of the facts; reason is unable to furnish the facts. Observation does that.
The complexity of the modern external world by itself refutes the pseudo-sophisticated claim that most people don't reason, and that bloggers simply soak up friendly information.

Excellent, Rhod. That was sorta like the ol' Moe three-in-one slapper. Plus, any one with a beard like needs to be watched very closely.
Some might say our ability to think has been lost (or killed), I don't know.
