Toxic Femininity

Confucius say: Never dip your stick in crazy.
Toxic masculinity is a very real problem. Just ask January Jones.

The former Mad Men actress says she’s a proud single mom whose son doesn’t need a father because she doesn’t want a man around the house to teach him “sh**ty things.”

Speaking to Red magazine, the actress best known for her role as Betty Draper says that she prefers to parent her five-year-old son Xander without any dad figures in his life. She believes having a strong male influence would do the boy more harm than good.
I know there's people who will disagree, but this is a woman who guarantees that her son will mature into a screwed up homosexual male. Or a serial killer. Any votes for both?

Sometimes kids surprise you and bounce back from parents like January. They become real. I know of a number of situations where that was the case, but, Sig, you're right and they have to beat the odds.

The entertainment industry has spent the past two decades giving us images of males as either destructive, violent psychos, or incompetent boobs who couldn't find their way out of a parking lot without a strong female, so it is no surprise that this bimbo believes that a man would be a negative influence on her kid. Its called believing your own propaganda.

Pwester - my wife doesn't get it when I turn off a movie or program where the guy is a wimp and the woman is a tower of strength. Sure, some guys are useless and some women are strong, but this female kung fu bullshit and warrior queen nonsense really yanks my chain. I worked with women in uniform and that just ain't so. 'Cept the lesbos. They be mean but only to guys. They try to screw the women.
