Sliced & Diced American Pie

Wikileaks has released documents showing that the planned integration of North America, Canada and Mexico is still under active consideration.

I find it worrying that issues I once raised with friends and family, and had me typecast as a 'conspiracy theory nutjob', are all coming to pass.
"Integration is a little-used term employed mainly by policy wonks. But while it may sound relatively harmless, it generally describes a very serious phenomenon when used in a geopolitical context — the gradual merging of separate countries under a regional authority.
"...Similar processes are already well underway in Europe, Africa, and South America. And according to critics, the results — essentially abolishing national sovereignty in favor of supranational, unaccountable governance — have been an unmitigated disaster...
"The scheme to merge North America into a political unit with its own legislature and currency is largely the brainchild of the world government-promoting Council on Foreign Relations. But though documents leaked earlier this year revealed that governments were trying to keep the process under wraps, integration is now proceeding out in the open for the most part.
"Where the campaign will eventually end remains to be seen. But if North American Union advocates get their way, the U.S. Constitution and its Mexican and Canadian counterparts could soon be rendered irrelevant. After that, plugging the regional units into a global system would be a relatively simple matter, critics and supporters both argue."
Slowly, slowly, step by step, they never sleep; we can see it happening right in front of our eyes and without the consent of the people.

The article has some excellent supporting links and I recommend you read it in full HERE.

We need that war with Mexico first.

These folks are incrementalists and don't mind if it takes 100 years to reach their objective. They will lie and cheat their way around any obstacle, they have unlimited funds, and they never sleep - they go at it 24/7. You can't beat them you know. Best to surrender now and avoid the heartache.

The Canadians don't want to share their natural resources -- and I don't blame them.

The Mexicans don't much care for gringos and integration would cause the cartels to suffer -- so it's not happening soon. (consider if you will that the cartels run Mexico)

And the Americans, like one hand clapping, we put stooges like Obama into office that causes the whole world to laugh at us.

Canadians, LL, by and large don't own "their" natural resources - transnational corporations do. International agreements like NAFTA, GATS etc ... are made for the benefit of those self same transnational corporations. If it is seen to be in their interests that North America integrates into one super state then that is what will happen.

When the folks in the UK signed up to become members of the European Common Market they were assured that it would never become the United States of Europe. But it did. It may have taken half a century but the project is almost complete.

I think, initially, the integration of Canada into the US is a much more likely scenario.

Briefly, Given the situation with the American Fiat Currency, the National Debt, and the spot the Government is in (e.g - A drug Addict at the end if its rope), I would not be shocked to see something like this see the light of day.

That's the play. Kill the Dollar. Replace it with a world currency; or maybe a continental currency. Maple Leaf Paso Golden Eagle 1/2 dollar bill.

It boils down to those who believe our nation was actually the result of divine influence, that God inspired our founding fathers to write our documents in order to set up a near perfect government OR all that stuff was a bunch of crap made up to sound good. If one form of government is better then "stick with the horse what brung you" and let the other governments catch up.
