Will Somebody, Anybody, Please Indict This Chick?

Hillary Rodham Clinton desperately needs to be indicted, tried, convicted and put away.

If there is a single action that could resurrect Americans' belief in our criminal justice system, that would be it.

Follow me on this. Very little has changed w/r/t resources allocated to our southern border security, yet just the threat of increased enforcement and a border fence by Trump plus the unleashing of current border patrol agents has resulted in a 70% decrease in illegal aliens so far this year.

What does this say to us? More importantly, what does it say to those who break our laws?

This is what it says; the party's over, the buffet table has been closed, it's time to pay the piper.

The lax, almost non-existent, border enforcement policies inflicted upon us by the Obama administration was not an accident. As half of Central America decided to move north, radical Muslims also discovered that running amok was a low risk endeavor made profitable by the US State Department.

The DoJ also refused to prosecute many white collar (fraud) cases. This action encouraged many banks and financial agents to steal to their hearts content as larceny also became low risk. Between the GW Bush and Obama administrations, not a single fraudulent banker went to prison for their part in nearly destroying the American economy.

And now there is more evidence that Hillary Clinton is one of the most corrupt national politicians in our nation's history. As SecState not only did she violate scores of national security laws, she also pressured the Prime Minister of Bangladesh to keep a Clinton Foundation donor in an official position.
While secretary of state, Hillary Clinton made a personal call to pressure Bangladesh’s prime minister to aid a donor to her husband’s charitable foundation despite federal ethics laws that require government officials to recuse themselves from matters that could impact their spouse’s business.

The Office of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina confirmed to Circa that Mrs. Clinton called her office in March 2011 to demand that Dr. Muhammed Yunus, a 2006 Nobel Peace prize winner, be restored to his role as chairman of the country’s most famous microcredit bank, Grameen Bank.

The bank’s nonprofit Grameen America, which Yunus chairs, has given between $100,000 and $250,000 to the Clinton Global Initiative. Grameen Research, which is chaired by Yunus, has donated between $25,000 and $50,000, according to the Clinton Foundation. Source
Hillary Clinton is the perfect target to kick off an anti-corruption campaign. She is incredibly high profile, she's as dishonest as the day is long, and her imprisonment will drive the Democrats positively ape shit. The poo flinging will be epic.

The prosecution and imprisonment of Hillary, or both of the Clintons for that matter, would send a strong statement to those who would abuse the political system for their own gain, would go a long way towards restoring America's trust in government and would provide endless entertainment as the Democrats consume themselves.

Make America Great Again.
Indict Hillary Clinton!

No Constitutional Crisis

Let's boldly re-enter yesteryear as a sitting President fires an FBI Director. The date is July 19, 1993, and the President is William J. Clinton.

There was no Constitutional crisis.
The firing occurred during the FBI's investigation of Clinton's involvement in Whitewater, the White House Travel Office scandal and Vince Foster's death (July 1993).
There was no panicky media reaction and no one got unhinged.
President Clinton fired FBI Director William S. Sessions yesterday, ending a six-month drama during which the former federal judge refused repeated requests from administration officials to resign.

Clinton telephoned Sessions yesterday afternoon to inform him that he had been fired and then called back several minutes later to remind him that the dismissal was "effective immediately." The president told reporters afterwards that he acted after Attorney General Janet Reno "reported to me in no uncertain terms that he {Sessions} can no longer effectively lead the bureau and law enforcement community" and that he agreed with that assessment.

Clinton, who said it was time to end "the turmoil now in the bureau" and "give the crime fighters the leadership they deserve," is expected to announce today that he has selected federal Judge Louis J. Freeh of Manhattan, a 43-year-old former FBI agent and federal prosecutor, to head the agency. Clinton interviewed Freeh at the White House for two hours on Friday night, press secretary Dee Dee Myers said.

Sessions was the first FBI Director to be fired in the history of that agency.
The NY Post had a great column on Comey's termination.

The FBI Is Getting A New Boss

Comey's gone. The Swamp just went down a few inches.

And not only that; between Loretta Lynch and James Comey the FBI has't had a great track record.
[...] the FBI endured a number of humiliations under Comey's tenure. Most damning were revelations that the FBI was generally aware of almost every terrorist who successfully struck America over the last eight years.
Here are 10 of Comey's biggest embarrassments at the FBI:
The sorry list of foul ups is here.

Settle This Once And For All

How much more of this "they did, they didn't," do we have to put up with? Is this some kind of political strategery to make all of America sick to death of fake news?

It's like slowly pulling a scab from a half-healed wound.
Come on, give it a good yank, take it off and let the blood indictments flow..
Republican congressional investigators expect a potential “smoking gun” establishing that the Obama administration spied on the Trump transition team, and possibly the president-elect himself, will be produced to the House Intelligence Committee this week, a source told Fox News.

Classified intelligence showing incidental collection of Trump team communications, purportedly seen by committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and described by him in vague terms at a bombshell Wednesday afternoon news conference, came from multiple sources, Capitol Hill sources told Fox News. The intelligence corroborated information about surveillance of the Trump team that was known to Nunes, sources said, even before President Trump accused his predecessor of having wiretappedhim in a series of now-infamous tweets posted on March 4.

The intelligence is said to leave no doubt the Obama administration, in its closing days, was using the cover of legitimate surveillance on foreign targets to spy on President-elect Trump, according to sources.
More scab pulling here.

Something Is Deeply Broken Alright

I hope everyone is enjoying the spectacle as the democrats devour themselves tail first. Loretta Lynch joins in the fun as Hillary and company blame the FBI for their failure to capture the prize.
Attorney General Loretta Lynch is defending the FBI against allegations that the bureau mishandled investigations of email hacks of Democrats and focused too much attention on Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

“I can tell you that this investigation was taken seriously from the beginning,” Lynch said in an interview with CNN that airs Sunday.

She was responding to complaints raised by Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta in an op-ed published by The Washington Post on Friday. Podesta, who had his Gmail account hacked during the campaign, argued that “something is deeply broken at the FBI.”

Mark Twain once wrote, "Never pick a fight with people who buy ink by the barrel."

I think the Clintons are about to learn that you "Never pick a fight with people who can have 14,000 special agents do nothing else but investigate your ass."
(CNN)Ed Rendell, the former governor of Pennsylvania and former Democratic National Committee chairman, said Tuesday that Hillary Clinton's campaign was making a mistake by attacking FBI director James Comey over how he handled recent developments into the investigation of Clinton's private server.

"I think that's, I wouldn't do that," Rendell told radio host Rich Zeoli on 1210 WPHT Philadelphia. "Again, you know, I'm not running the campaign by any means, but I wouldn't do that."

The FBI Suffered A Premature Invalidation, Now Ready For Sloppy Seconds

Oh hell, make up your minds....
The FBI will investigate whether additional classified material is contained in emails sent using Hillary Clinton’s private email server while she was secretary of state, FBI Director James B. Comey informed congressional leaders Friday.

The announcement appears to restart the FBI’s probe of Clinton’s server, which previously ended in July with no charges. The explosive announcement, coming less than two weeks before the presidential election, could reshape a campaign that Clinton, the Democratic nominee, has been leading in public polls.

In a letter to congressional leaders, Comey said that the FBI, in connection with an “unrelated case,” had recently “learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the Clinton investigation.”
My take is that Comey stuffed his bad self at Hillary's all-you-can-eat jalapeno email burrito buffet and it burned his ass on the way out. He's cooling the burn with Preparation I(nvestigation).
Trump, addressing supporters in New Hampshire Friday, hailed the FBI’s announcement — saying he had “great respect” for the agency’s decision to “right the horrible mistake that they made.”
My take again. Comey will wait until after the election to announce the results of the restarted investigation.

If Hillary wins, it's a no go on prosecution. If Trump wins, Comey will wait until after her plane takes off on a one way trip to Djibouti before announcing that a grand jury has been impaneled to indict her.

A Bribe Is A Bribe Is A Bribe

Guess how many major news sources are covering this story?
Yeah, right... thought so.

FBI Dep. Director Andrew McCabe and his wife, Jill McCabe
Sometimes there just ain't enough handcuffs to go around...

From Liberty News Now:
The wife of the deputy director of the FBI who oversaw the Clinton email investigation was given a lot of money from this Clinton ally.

Terry McAuliffe, the Virginia Governor, is in some hot water again for helping the Clintons.

First he made it so felons could vote in the presidential election, potentially giving Hillary thousands of new voters.

Now McAuliffe is in trouble for giving the wife of the deputy director of the FBI $675,000 for her senate campaign.

Dr. Jill McCabe is the wife of the FBI deputy director, and a third of her campaign funds came from McAuliffe’s own personal Super PAC and from the Virginia Democratic Party.

McAuliffe gave $467,500 to McCabe’s campaign and the Virginia Democratic Party, which is heavily influenced by McAuliffe, gave an additional $207,788 in support.

November Surprise?

I was wondering how long it would take for FBI investigators to start making loud noises about Director Comey's covering of Hillary's ass. I am hoping for a November surprise.

From DC Caller:
According to Washington D.C. attorney Joe DiGenova, more FBI agents will be talking about the problems at bureau and specifically the handling of the Clinton case by Comey when Congress comes back into session and decides to force them to testify by subpoena.

DiGenova told WMAL radio’s Drive at Five last week, “People are starting to talk. They’re calling their former friends outside the bureau asking for help. We were asked today to provide legal representation to people inside the bureau and agreed to do so and to former agents who want to come forward and talk. Comey thought this was going to go away.”

He explained, “It’s not. People inside the bureau are furious. They are embarrassed. They feel like they are being led by a hack but more than that that they think he’s a crook. They think he’s fundamentally dishonest. They have no confidence in him. The bureau inside right now is a mess.”

He added, “The most important thing of all is that the agents have decided that they are going to talk.”

You've Been Served

Last Monday Congress served the FBI with a subpoena demanding all the reports submitted by FBI agents in the Hillary Clinton private email server investigation.

Fox News:
A powerful Republican lawmaker abruptly stopped a hearing Monday on Capitol Hill to serve a subpoena demanding the FBI’s full investigative file on the Hillary Clinton email probe to a top official, telling the man “you are hereby served.”

The dramatic moment came as House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, expressed frustration that the FBI would not guarantee to provide the committee with the full, unedited, unredacted investigative summaries of the federal inquiry into Clinton’s homebrewed server and the Democratic presidential nominee’s potential mishandling of classified information.

“That’s the way a banana republic acts, not the way the United States of America acts,” Chaffetz told FBI acting legislative affairs chief Jason Herring. “I don’t expect to have to issue a subpoena to see unclassified information.”

The FBI could fight the subpoena, though analysts say a resolution could come quickly.

“There are judges sitting in an emergent capacity for applications like this,” Judge Andrew Napolitano said on “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday. “I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s resolved by the end of this week.”
We'll see how far that goes.

The FBI Did Find Its Butt In The Dark... But "Lost" It Again

As expected, some FBI agents are furious because their Director, James Comey, helped to derail efforts to indictment Hillary "Felony-In-Waiting" Clinton.

If the democrats manage to steal the election this fall, whatever hurt accrued by the US during a Clinton Administration can be laid right at Comey's feet. He had to be the one who refused to videotape Clinton's deposition before FBI officials and cooperated in limiting the scope of the FBI's investigation, thus hamstringing Justice..

From Circa:
Though it was not their primary mission, FBI agents who investigated Hillary Clinton's email collected significant evidence suggesting she and her team violated federal record-keeping laws, including persisting to use a private Blackberry and server to conduct State Department business after being warned they posed legal and security risks, government sources tell Circa. The evidence was compelling enough to convince FBI Director James Comey that the Clinton team had not complied with record-keeping laws and to cause at least one witness to raise their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination during an investigative interview, the sources said.

[...]The FBI "indirectly documented hundreds, and likely thousands, of violations of the Records Act," one source with direct knowledge of the FBI's investigation told Circa. Using forensics, the FBI recovered from computer drives and other witnesses about 15,000 emails from Mrs. Clinton's private account that dealt with government business, most that had not been turned over by her or her aides, the sources said.

[...]Accounts from witnesses suggested the efforts to keep Mrs. Clinton's government email communications on a device and server outside the reach of public records laws or congressional oversight were "systemic and intentional" and began as soon as Mrs. Clinton took office in 2009, one source told Circa.

Ass, Flashlight, Hot Poker ... Assembly required

The FBI has become so politicized it can't find its own ass in the dark with a flashlight and a hot poker.

They're still trying to find another motive for the Orlando Pulse slaughter.
The autopsy of the gunman who massacred 49 people in a Florida nightclub attack last month revealed he was HIV-negative and likely a long-term user of steroids, two U.S. law enforcement officials said.

The revelation comes as FBI agents continue to scour the background of Omar Mateen for clues as to why he launched his June 12 rampage at Orlando’s Pulse nightclub, the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history.

The 29-year-old had became radicalized in recent years, FBI officials have said, and pledged allegiance to Islamic State militants during his attack.

Federal investigators are not sure if steroids played a role in the shooting. A medical examiner found evidence of physical changes to Mateen’s body that were consistent with long-term steroid use, the officials said, and is seeking to confirm that assessment through further testing.
Sounds like the FBI is trying to hang the Schwarzenegger defense on Omar. They might be creating a public service advertisement warning people that, "This is your brain, this is your brain on steroids murdering scores of people and screaming Allah Akbar."

Allah forbid that the Religion of Piece be found at fault. The FBI investigated this mook for nearly a year and diddin doo nuffin.
In interviews with The Times, senior FBI officials provided new details of their early focus on Mateen and some of the lessons they have drawn as the FBI assesses and tracks more than 1,000 suspected extremists across the country.

The 10-month probe remains one of the enduring and frustrating mysteries of Mateen’s deadly rampage at the Pulse nightclub.

The day after the attack, FBI Director James B. Comey broadly outlined the 2013-2014 investigation to reporters. He staunchly defended the bureau, saying he didn’t “see anything in reviewing our work that our agents should have done differently.” [emphasis mine~sig94]

[...]The senior FBI official said agents could have been more aggressive in accessing Mateen’s social media accounts, including Facebook. But the official noted that in 2013 such checks of online posts were not yet routine or “part of our investigative DNA.”
Someone better send Comey a map so he can find his ass.

Former Federal Cops Tell FBI: Be Careful

There is a great deal at stake for the FBI in their investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. It's not just their reputation; their recruiting of top notch people, cooperation with other law enforcement agencies throughout the world - all is at risk if they are perceived to be nothing but a political hack that excuses the worst abusers of power at the highest level of government.
Former FBI agents who worked the notorious 1970s sting operation known as ABSCAM have written FBI Director James Comey to warn that nothing less than the bureau's "reputation" is on the line as the investigtaion into Hillary Clinton's email practices enters a critical phase.
The agents, in a March 16 letter obtained by Fox News, offered their support for Comey and the agents working the email case. But the letter cautioned the outcome would have long-lasting implications.
"Decisions must be made on facts alone. Much is at stake here -- people's trust in the Bureau for years to come, as well as the Bureau's reputation among our allies, partners, and friends as the greatest law enforcement agency in the world,” wrote John F. Good, president of the Long Island Chapter of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI.
The US Dept. of Justice will also be tainted if this goes down as I fear it wil. Their prosecutions, their potential witnesses, their jury selection pool - a lot can be affected by the public's distrust of the federal criminal justice system.

Wait And See

I am sure about only one thing regarding the Clinton email/Benghazi fiascos: I am sure that I am not sure what the outcome will be and I do not trust the federal government as far as I can throw them.

In any event, Time has this to say about FBI Director Comey efforts regarding the email scandal. Not all of it is exactly reassuring as he already has let Hillary skate once (the Whitewater case) even after he knew she obstructed the investigation. Comey found that the Clintons exhibited “a highly improper pattern of deliberate misconduct.” And that went no where.
Late last summer, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, James Comey, met with John Giacalone, the bureau official responsible for everything from counterterrorism to counterintelligence across the U.S. Giacalone, a fireplug of a man who started out as a New York City field agent battling organized crime in the 1990s, wanted to brief Comey on a high-profile issue that had been referred to the bureau by the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community. Emails found on the private, unclassified server used by Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State contained classified information; Giacalone’s National Security Branch wanted to investigate how the secrets got there and whether anyone had committed a crime in the process. Comey was clear about one thing. “He wanted to make sure it was treated the same way as all other cases,” says Giacalone, who left the bureau in February.

[...]Comey is keeping a close watch on the investigation, getting briefings from team leaders and personally overseeing the case. Agents have been told they may be polygraphed to prevent leaks, the sources familiar with the probe say. “I want to ensure [the Clinton email investigation] is done in the ways the FBI does all its work: professionally, with integrity, promptly,” Comey told Congress in February. “And without any interference whatsoever.”
We'll see.

Men Of Honor

Unfortunately there appears to be few men and women of honor in high government positions today. The National Review points to FBI Director, James Comey, as a possible, even likely, exception. And he would be a rather large exception at that; he stands at 6'8".

 James B. Comey Jr.

There is talk that Comey would resign in the event that the DoJ tries to derail the Hilary Clinton email impeachment train.
Could the Hillary Clinton e-mail saga end with FBI Director James Comey resigning in protest?

[...]Not many people remember that Comey almost resigned a high-profile law-enforcement job once before, upset because he thought White House politics were overruling the law. Back in 2004, Comey was Attorney General John Ashcroft’s top deputy.
Used to be, people of honor would resign, or slit their guts, at the drop of a hat if their position was compromised by their superiors of if they screwed up. Now they blame global warming, right wing conspiracies and gender bias when they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

Hillary Gets The Probe

And I hope the finger that probes her is wearing a lineman's glove.
The FBI investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unsecured e-mail account is not just a fact-finding venture — it’s a criminal probe, sources told The Post on Wednesday.

The feds are investigating to what extent Clinton relied on her home server and other private devices to send and store classified documents, according to a federal source with knowledge of the inquiry.

“It’s definitely a criminal probe,” said the source. “I’m not sure why they’re not calling it a criminal probe.

Finally The FBI Wakes Up ... Or Maybe Not

Now is not the time to relax vigilance. Our government has purposefully allowed our country to be infiltrated by enemy operatives who do not fear death if only to glorify their bloodthirsty moon god by slaughtering as many innocent civilians as possible..

It's as if FDR opened our borders to thousands of Nazi sympathizers during November of 1941 and gave them maps to every synagogue in America.
WASHINGTON — In a dramatic assessment of the domestic threat posed by the Islamic State, FBI Director James Comey said Thursday there are "hundreds, maybe thousands" of people across the country who are receiving recruitment overtures from the terrorist group or directives to attack the U.S.

Comey said the Islamic State, also known as ISIL, is leveraging social media in unprecedented ways through Twitter and other platforms, directing messages to the smartphones of "disturbed people'' who could be pushed to launch assaults on U.S. targets.

"It's like the devil sitting on their shoulders, saying 'kill, kill, kill,''' Comey said in a meeting with reporters.
Story here.

It wasn't that long ago when conservatives and veterans were considered the biggest threats to national security. Also, remember that in 2011 Obama ordered the removal of all references to Islam from government anti-terrorist training publications.
