Why are the North Eastern States being targeted? (Redundant question) If they had a pair wouldn't the western States be the testing ground? These are the Governor's Summit with the U.N. "ORDERS" movin forward with the Small Arms Reduction Treaty that Hilrod signed before she resigned. The Senate shall not ratify such a treaty--but leaving it to the Governors to comply with the U.N. agenda.
