Oscar Pistorius: Tag The Twins

Blade Boy Finds Out Where He Will Be Tagged

Oscar Pistorius’ prosthetic legs helped catapult him to fame as a track star – but they may thwart his bid to be sprung early from prison, the Daily Mail reported.

The disgraced “Blade Runner,” who was sentenced to five years for killing his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, 29, in his home in 2013, hoped to qualify for electronic home detention after serving just 10 months of his sentence.

Prison officials, however, told the double-amputee that the tagging device cannot be securely affixed to a prosthetic leg and be properly monitored. By law, the devices can’t be attached to wrists because they can be removed too easily.
South African prison officials have to use their imagination when considering the placement of the tagging device. A sense of humor doesn't hurt either.
“The device has to be attached physically to the offender’s ankle,” a prison official said, according to the Daily Mail. “We cannot use it on false limbs which could be left somewhere static while the offender goes missing.”
Now let's see ... what does he carry with him every where he goes and would cause much discomfort if the tried to remove something wrapped around it? Gee, no ankles - that's out, no calves, keep moving up, knees are out...

Thighs? Nah, same problem.

Next up, ohhhh! What do we have here?

Good luck trying to slide something off the twins, Blade Boy.

Story here.
