Great tune, my parents bought this album in 1966 or so, as my dad grew up in the 1940's, when every kid took baritone or trumpet lessons and formed real shoddy 'Big Band' groups. My dad was a baritone player back in the day, and he loved this modern, hip Herb Alpert guy. He called him Herb Albert, but who was I to correct my dad?
I listened to this tune over and over on my parents hi-fi console as an 11-year old. One of these tunes was a used as a theme song for the Bob Eubank's hosted game show "The Dating Game," if you recall.
