Thanks, wish I was able to join you but I can't.

I could have used a FREE dinner.

Prof... I've read that thing 8 times and I can't find anything about a free dinner. There has to be a Hometown Buffet somewhere in Fresno.

Opie, if this were Gorman, I know you'd be there.

It's Fresno...can we also hold a gang-tattoo clinic? Don't all first-graders get a bulldog-paw tattoo free of charge?

Not free, Steve. They're given away with Happy Meals.

Can't afford the airfare, but I'll attend one here in the midwest.

Just so you know, I did actually investigate. It would be a 1300 mile trip, one way, and I can only guess what hotels would be there for two nights, though pricegrabber can be a good friend. That, and between trying to be good to my wallet and the fact I will be moving, again, the 28th... *grumbles*

However, I hope as other things occur, you remember to put out the word. This one sounded great, and meeting up for some nyucking about would have been great fun. So, don't quit trying.

Oh, and I am not quite as handsome as my picture but I can actually be used as a door, or security (looks alone usually, ha).

Jeez, Doom, a simple "no thanks" would have done fine. Too bad for you. They don't call Fresno the City of Lights for nothing.

Oh. No thanks.

Actually, I started rethinking the trip. Just no promises.
