Drug Dealer Suicide Prompts $1M Settlement

This is ridiculous. A narcotics smuggler dies from ingesting his own poison and his family gets a million bucks.

Cruz Velazquez Acevedo began convulsing shortly after he drank the liquid methamphetamine he'd brought with him from Tijuana, Mexico.

The 16-year-old had just crossed the U.S.-Mexico border to San Diego and was going through the San Ysidro Port of Entry. He was carrying two bottles of liquid that he claimed was apple juice. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers told him to drink it to prove he wasn't lying, court records say.

The teen took four sips.

Then, he began sweating profusely. He screamed and clenched his fists.

However, the next few paragraphs are music to my ears.

In a matter of minutes, his temperature soared to 105 degrees, his family's attorney said. His pulse reached an alarming rate of 220 beats per minute — more than twice the normal rate for adults.

"Mi corazón! Mi corazón!" Acevedo screamed, according to court records — "My heart! My heart!"

He was dead about two hours later.

Hoist on his own petard, so to speak. Let every drug mule suffer the same fate.

His family sued the US and got a million. They should have instead taken IQ tests to see which parent passed on the idiot smuggler gene to Cruz. And then the whole lot of them horsewhipped.

A Texas felon who was pardoned by Obama is back behind bars after he was caught 'fleeing police with two pounds of cocaine worth $26,000'.

Robert M. Gill is getting reacquainted with his jail cell after he crashed into another vehicle when fleeing from police following an alleged drug deal in San Antonio on Thursday.

The 68-year-old's original life sentence was pardoned by President Obama but now he could face up to 40 years in prison for possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, according to Bexar County police.

Cape Cod police have arrested three as part of a major drug bust at the home owned by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver family located in Hyannisport, MA.

According to the Barnstable Police Department, the home was being used to traffic fentanyl.

Suspects Troy Monteiro, 29, Trevor Rose, also 29, and Ariel Price-Perry, 26, were able to gain access to the home by way of the property manager, unbeknownst to the Shrivers.

Drugs were buried at a nearby beach. Detectives say they seized $40,000 worth of fentanyl.

The three suspects are being held on $100,000 bail.

A man whose drug-related prison sentence was commuted by Obama was fatally shot at a federal halfway house in Michigan, police said.

Demarlon C. Thomas, whose sentence was commuted in November, was killed by two men with assault-style rifles who sought him out.

Thomas, 31, was formerly a gang member of Sunny Side Gang in Saginaw, about 100 miles north of Detroit.

Mexican authorities have arrested the former mayor of a rural community in the border state of Coahuila in connection with the kidnapping, murder and incineration of hundreds of victims through a network of ovens at the hands of the Los Zetas cartel. The arrest comes after Breitbart Texas exposed not only the horrors of the mass extermination, but also the cover-up and complicity of the Mexican government.

And the idiot democrats are raving about the evil that Trump represents. Authorities estimate that perhaps 300 men, women and children were kidnapped, tortured and burnt to ashes by members of the Los Zetas drug cartel.

And Trump is the new Hitler? Why isn't the media all over this horror?

Mexico is a failed state and President-elect Trump knows it. Our borders have become an object of ridicule to millions; monsters can come and go as they please and ravage America the same way. This is part and parcel of the Alinsky strategy that Pelosi, Clinton, Obama and all the rest of the communists in government have embraced.

Build the wall.
Make it tall, make it strong.
Staff it, man it, enforce the laws, throw the illegals out, don't let the monsters in.

Despite the magnitude, news outlets in both the U.S. and Mexico largely ignored the story as cartels continued to reign in that country with impunity. After Breitbart Texas’ exposé, authorities charged a handful of Los Zetas members in connection with the incinerations inside the prison, but public officials had managed to escape scrutiny.

The governor at the time of the massacre, Humberto Moreira, was accused and later released in Spain for having been a surrogate of the Los Zetas cartel–however he, too, has managed to avoid facing a judge in Mexico. Moreira had various assets seized by U.S. courts.

Narco Mule Escapes From DHS

The worst part about this story: a narcotics mule transporting sixty pounds of cocaine was in the custody of Homeland Security and got away, no problem. That much cocaine is probably worth about  - well, last summer an off duty Florida cop found fifty pounds of cocaine floating in the Atlantic while fishing; it had a street value of $10 million. Figure about $12 million for sixty.

Investigators are looking for a flight attendant who bolted from Los Angeles International Airport as her carry-on bags — which were loaded with drugs — were about to be inspected, authorities told NBC News.

[...]The woman, who was not identified, appeared nervous and made a cellphone call in a language not recognized by officers, authorities told NBC News. She was then taken aside to a secondary screening area and asked for her employee identification.

Suddenly, she bolted from the screening location, running with her bags toward an escalator, authorities said. She jettisoned the luggage and her designer shoes and fled the terminal.

It amazes me... someone had the goods on this mule and alerted DHS senseless clods who let her get away. I'm sure they'll call DHS again with another hot tip real soon.

Seriously, what kind of planning and preparation (don't even mention SOP and common sense) went into this? No one could catch her in a high risk facility filled with security?  LAX is not a small place; it's not like she scooted through a screen door thirty feet away and into a waiting cab. Did they stop to retrieve her expensive shoes?

And these are the people protecting us from terrorists...

They should all be retrieving shopping carts for Walmart. At least the carts are slow enough and dumb enough for DHS idiots to round them up without too much of a struggle.

New Drug Scourge - Deceiving The Masses

Flakka

It can be even stronger than crystal meth or bath salts

Its effects can be as potent as crystal meth, bath salts or cocaine. It causes people to act erratically, uncontrollably and dangerously. It’s called flakka, and it’s the new designer drug hitting the streets of Florida.

In recent weeks in Florida, this new drug has led to a man trying to break down the door to a police station, a man impaling himself while trying to scale a fence, and an armed and naked man shouting about hallucinations from a rooftop, CBS reports.

Wax

Drug dealers are peddling a new marijuana product called Wax that looks and feels like lip balm and packs a kick equivalent to smoking 15-20 joints of weed.

Police in Roswell, Ga., discovered 80 grams of Wax during a recent drug bust. Roswell Police Officer Zachary Frommer told Fox 5 in Atlanta last week that the drug ring was selling the substance to high school students.

“It’s just an extra kick,” he said. “It gets ’em higher and it gets ’em higher faster. The 15-20 joints you smoke can equal a dose of the Wax.”

The marijuana concentrate, also known as Butter and Honeycomb, has the consistency of lip balm and is easy to conceal in lip balm jars. It can be eaten or smoked, using a bong or an electronic cigarette. It is made from the oils of marijuana plants and has a high level of THC -- the chemical that gets a user high.

Wax is also easy to make, but dangerous to handle.

Shatter, Budder, Oil

As the popularity of concentrates continues to grow, so do questions about the many forms that dabs can take. In this video, we’re taking a closer look at the three main types of concentrates – Shatter, Budder and Oil.

Shatter is smooth, clear and solid. It is the purest and most potent form because it involves a second extraction process that removes fats, lipids and waxes. This can result in over 80 percent THC. However, it also means that terpenes are lost in the process.

Budder retains more of the terpenes so it tends to be more flavorful but less potent – with THC percentages in the 70s. It has a creamy consistency from being whipped.

Oil tends to be the least refined of the three. It is a gooey, sticky liquid that can be hard to handle. This form – also known as honey oil or butane hash oil – can retain a full flavor profile, however, THC levels tend to be less consistent.

Shatter appears to be the most potent form of marijuana but it is not for novices.

The semi-clear solid, usually yellow to amber-colored, is typically produced into a thin slab that is snapped, or "shattered," apart into grams.

Levels of THC in concentrates like "shatter" — wax and oil are others — can reach 70 to 90 percent, Burkhart said. 

It commonly is consumed through "dabbing," in which the product is melted over a heat source and inhaled. 

Burkhart said "shatter" can deliver a high that some people might not be able to handle.

"Experienced smokers said it's like smoking three blunts (a hollowed-out cigar filled with marijuana) in three seconds," he said. "One person said it was like moonwalking."

Translators of the King James bible used words such as sorcery and witchcraft for pharmakeia as at that time witches and sorcerers used drugs/potions to induce hallucinations in pagan worship and in attempts to communicate with the dead/spirit world.

It is astounding how many people use mind altering substances and expect good things to happen to them. And of course there's this:

DENVER (AP) - A rash of hash oil explosions is prompting lawmakers in Colorado and Washington to consider spelling out what's allowed when it comes to making hash or concentrated marijuana at home.

Both states have seen an increase in home fires and explosions linked to amateurs making hash - concentrated marijuana that can be inhaled or eaten.

Washington's proposal would ban amateur hash cooks from using butane or other explosive gases, though safer methods would be allowed. Colorado lawmakers are considering similar limits.

Concentrated marijuana is increasingly popular because it can be mixed with food and made at home more cheaply than buying it from a commercial dispensary.
