Overheard at the White House ...

From my inside source Andrew Breitbart ... who is dressed as Abraham Lincoln and touring the White House with a mike as we speak.

Please pick the most common lament of late (these are actual, freaking quotes, people ... we have the tapes) in the West Wing:

A) "Some one get on the phone and let Charlie Gibson know that there is a brief case camera set up on his desk at ABC!";

B) "Is it too much to ask to keep Republican hookers out of our community organizing centers?";

C) "Brother, can you spare an ACORN?"; or

D) "Get me the URL of that bastard Goomba."

Poll results below ...

I don't think even the White House wants an ACORN right about now, so I'm going with D.

How about, "Tell Axelrod to take a break from spamming and deal with this!"

There are no direct references to African-Americans or Hispanics in this questionaire. RACIST!

Also, I believe the American Association for Affirmative Action has officially declared all multiple-choice questions demeaning and discriminatory to all non-whites.

You are so flagged, buster.

I'm definitely going with C. It made me choke on my coffee this morning. Couldn't. Stop. Laughing.
BTW, is Abe wearing a breathing machine?

"Affirmative Action"...
It´s a expression of the left thinking...
This is one more mistake.
like a many others...
Listen this:

Tired of being called a right-wing, in a less than friendly tone, every demonstration in defense of free enterprise, the right to private property, reducing the size of the state, tax cuts and democracy in Brazil Because to be right is like a wound: a subject, at least, selfish, reactionary, conservative, authoritarian, with a high rate of insensitivity to social problems. Finally, a person condemned to hellfire.

However, being leftist is synonymous with selfless, progressive, humanist, with a high rate of social sensitivity, and with all the charms of the world. It is not without reason that political parties never define themselves as right.Preferem be left or at least center-left. At roughly the left would be those for whom capitalism is a major source of injustice, and only through the intervention or ownership-in the economy, it would be possible to promote social justice. And the rightists Well, these were all the others who do not fit what the theorists of the left think about you. Therein, from liberal authentic, sincere Democrats, even obscurantist of all kinds, supporters of dictatorial regimes and supporters of extreme nationalism.

The truth is that in recent decades the right has been so stigmatized by the left, which is difficult to define its scope, according to the values it defende.Se we take as fundamental values uncompromising defense of economic liberalism and political democracy, as delimiters of the field, I have no reason to be ashamed of being labeled a rightist. If these figures are included in the denial of democracy in the name of economic freedom, please exclude me from this time.A left throw everything into the same basket, and considers, for example, Winston Churchill, Hitler, Pinochet and Margaret Tatcher as members of a even time.Para me, Hitler has a lot more in common with Stalin, an icon on the left, than Churchill. But the left does not think so.
.
As you can see, this dichotomy is left X right, in most cases, simplistic and misleading, because it restricts a wide and contradictory range of values and ideas that involve a discussion of this at a fight between two opposing camps .. But this simplify matters for the proselytizing of the left, which thus avoids the debate on what is essential, and stigmatizes those who are able to counter with his lucid arguments and schemes outdated dogma.

So consider the overarching values of political democracy and economic freedom. I argue that the state is a necessary evil, and that because of this action should be restricted, but efficient, in sectors where the private sector has limited interest. Persistently advocate these values. Just as we admit that in the name of economic freedom there are limitations on political freedom, also put myself against all forms of restriction of economic freedom in the name of a supposedly well-being and unlikely coletivo.A purpose, consider that the improvement of social standards will come as natural consequence of improved economic standards, combined with effective government policies, and not merely palliative and cared mainly in the field of education.

This is to be right? What then is.

That so!

Thanks, Sol. At the White House, the Conservative blogosphere are referred to as "Those who must be swayed. Severely".

Opie, Axelrod has his assigned duties. Don't meddle.

Mike, DC was labeled a racist back in the Carter Administration when he referred to Billy Carter as a "the only bright spot in a family full of black sheep".

Chup, that Breitbart has his finger on the pulse!

Actually, Writer X, that's a Soviet-era hidden microphone.

Stenio, the war between the Left and Right seems to be both universal and persistent. I certainly agree with your comments.

Personally, I'd rather be on the side of THE RIGHT than the side of LE SINISTRE.

Thank you, Worf. Let's work for Liberty everywhere.

Republican hookers in community centers? I thought they were all in the Senate. Sorry, that's insulting to working hos.
I'm going with D.

"D"...my favorite!

Gene, you and my barber share that sentiment.

Solo, Mike, good points ... but I am just reporting what they are actually saying.

X, sorry to see that delicious beverage lost ... but that's a good way to lose it.

Once again, you are all a bunch of suck-ups (going with D). But I love you all nonetheless.

And BTW, I always liked Billy Carter because he was the only guy in the family who could aim and hit the side of a wall ... Jimmy was in the Navy, and therefore (by definition) can't shoot.
